Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan atas adanya pilihan moda angkut pengiriman kendaraan yang harus dipilih oleh customer, dimana setiap alternatif pillihan mempunyai kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing yang menjadikan permasalahan dalam pemilihan moda pengiriman kendaraan menjadi beberapa pilihan yang kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prioritas dalam pemilihan moda angkut pengiriman kendaraan dan untuk mengetahui alternatif moda angkut terbaik yang seharusnya dipilih dalam proses pengiriman kendaraan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dimana hasil dari analisis ditemukan bahwa kriteria yang menjadi prioritas I adalah kriteria kualitas (0,387), prioritas II adalah harga (0,228), prioritas III adalah ketepatan pengiriman (0,195), dan prioritas IV adalah layanan (0,190). Sedangkan pada pilihan alternatif yang menjadi prioritas I adalah Towing (1,677), prioritas II adalah Self Drive (1,248), dan prioritas III adalah Car Carrier (1,075). Sehingga berdasarkan penelitian tersebut, prioritas paling unggul yang menjadi pilihana adalah kriteria kualitas dengan pilihan moda angkut pengiriman kendaraan yang terbaik adalah moda Towing ***** This research is based on the choice of vehicle shipping transportation mode that must be selected by the customer, where each alternative choice has its own advantages and disadvantages that make the problem of choosing a vehicle shipping mode into several complex choices. This study aims to determine the priorities in the selection of vehicle shipping modes and to find out the best alternative transportation modes that should be selected in the vehicle delivery process. The method used in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method where the results of the analysis found that the first priority criteria are quality criteria (0.387), priority II is price (0.228), priority III is delivery accuracy (0.195), and priority IV is service (0.190). Meanwhile, in alternative choices, the first priority is Towing (1.677), the second priority is Self Drive (1.248), and the third priority is Car Carrier (1.075). So based on this research, the most superior priority that becomes the choice is the quality criterion with the choice of the best vehicle delivery transportation mode is the Towing mode
