Abstract

Pada proyek gedung bertingkat, penggunaan railing balkon menjadi komponen penting dalam aspek fungsionalitas dan estetika. Railing balkon merupakan elemen penting dalam desain dan keselamatan gedung. Dalam konteks lingkungan konstruksi yang semakin kompetitif dan kompleks, analisis biaya dan metode pengerjaan yang akurat dan efisien menjadi kunci dalam merencanakan dan menjalankan proyek pembangunan. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi dilapangan. Observasi yang dilakukan meliputi sistem fabrikasi/ pengerjaan, waktu pengerjaan dan tingkat kesulitan pemasangan. Kemudian dari data tersebut dianalisis dari segi kebutuhan material dan biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pembuatan railing balkon untuk 1 lantai yang berjumlah 25 railing. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukan bahwa untuk membuat railing lantai balkon 1 lantai yang berjumlah 25 railing membutuhkan biaya Rp. 9.792.000. Kebutuhan material paling banyak jika dibandingkan tiap bentuk railing adalah bentuk U, sedangkan paling sedikit adalah bentuk handrailing. Sistem fabrikasi/ pengerjaan menggunakan sistem mal dan untuk tingkat kesulitan pemasangan paling sulit adalah bentuk U dan paling mudah adalah handrailing. ***** In multi-storey building projects, the use of balcony railings is an important component in terms of functionality and aesthetics. Balcony railing is an important element in building design and safety. In the context of an increasingly competitive and complex construction environment, accurate and efficient cost analysis and workmanship methods are key in planning and executing construction projects. The method used is field observation. Observations made include the fabrication/workmanship system, processing time and the difficulty level of installation. Then the data is analyzed in terms of material requirements and costs required to manufacture balcony railings for 1 floor totaling 25 railings. Based on the results of the study, it shows that to make a balcony floor railing for 1 floor totaling 25 railings costs Rp. 9,792,000. The most material requirement when compared to each form of railing is the U shape, while the least is the form of handrailing. The fabrication/ workmanship system uses a mall system and the most difficult level of installation difficulty is the U shape and the easiest is handrailing.
