Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Praktik Kerja Industri dan Bimbingan Karir terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa Kelas XII di SMKN 18 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 18 Jakarta sejumlah 202 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode probability sampling dengan rumus Slovin dengan akurasi tingkat kesulitan sebesar 5% sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 134 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji validasi dan reliabilitas dengan yang dihitung menggunakan software IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) versi 24. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan antara praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja, terdapat pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja, terdapat pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan antara praktik kerja industri dan bimbingan karir secara bersama – sama terhadap kesiapan kerja. *** The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Industrial Work Practices and Career Guidance on the Work Readiness of Class XII Students at SMKN 18 Jakarta. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 202 students of class XII at SMK Negeri 18 Jakarta. The sampling technique used is the probability sampling method with the Slovin formula with an accuracy of difficulty level of 5% so that a sample of 134 students is obtained. The data analysis technique used in this study used validation and reliability tests which were calculated using IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 24 software. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between industrial work practices on work readiness, there is a positive and significant influence on work readiness, there is a positive and significant influence between industrial work practices and career guidance together on work readiness.
