Abstract

Ruang lingkup penelitian ini yaitu studi tentang risiko yang terjadi dalam pendistribusian pupuk dimulai dari lini I hingga lini III pada PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) kegiatan distribusi ini diakibatkan oleh beberapa factor baik eksternal maupun internal dengan menggunakan pendekatan perhitungan mitigasi risiko. Tujuan penelitian adalah Untuk mengetahui risiko yang dihadapi dalam pendistribusian pupuk bersubsidi, menganalisis jenis risiko dalam pendistribusian pupuk bersubsidi berdasarkan tingkat keparahan dan kemungkinan terjadinya risiko, membuat risk matriks, melakukan penanganan pada setiap level peristiwa risiko serta mengontrol risiko pada level high dan moderate. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif bersifat deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui hasil observasi, wawancara dan Dari hasil identifikasi peristiwa (risiko) pendistribusian pada penelitian, diperoleh 7 (tujuh) risiko yang terjadi selama pendistribusian pupuk. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penulis menyarankan kepada pihak perusahaan, agar melakukan monitoring dan pengecekkan secara berkala pada saat melakukan bongkar maupun muat agar tidak terjadi risiko yang sering dialami pada saat pendistribusian pupuk. Distribusi, Risk Matriks, dan Pupuk Subsidi ***** The scope of this research is the study of the risks that occur in the distribution of fertilizer starting from line I to line III at PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) this distribution activity is caused by several factors both external and internal by using a risk mitigation calculation approach. The research objective was to determine the risks faced in the distribution of subsidized fertilizers, to analyze the types of risks in the distribution of subsidized fertilizers based on the severity and likelihood of the risk occurring, to create a risk matrix, to handle each level of risk events and to control risks at high and moderate levels. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method by collecting data through observation, interviews and results. From the identification of events (risks) in the distribution of the research, it was found that 7 (seven) risks occurred during the distribution of fertilizers. Based on this, the authors suggest to the company, to monitor and check regularly when loading and unloading so that there are no risks that are often experienced when distributing fertilizer.
