Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi partisipasi ibu balita dalam kegiatan posyandu, khususnya meliputi pengaruh predisposisi, pemungkinan pendidikan, dan penguatan terhadap keterlibatan ibu balita dalam kegiatan posyandu balita (0-59 bulan). Tujuan utamanya adalah untuk memahami bagaimana faktor-faktor tersebut berkontribusi terhadap tingkat partisipasi ibu balita dalam kegiatan posyandu, yang pada akhirnya dapat memberikan panduan untuk perbaikan dan pengembangan program posyandu dalam upaya meningkatkan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan balita di masyarakat. Dilihat dari tujuan penelitian, jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara faktor predisposisi (X1) terhadap partisipasi ibu balita dalam kegiatan posyandu di Desa Ambowetan, Kecamatan Ulujami, Kabupaten Pemalang. Nilai koefisien sebesar 0,095 dengan t hitung sebesar 1,756 > t tabel 1,68830, dan signifikansi 0,00 < 0,45, menunjukkan penolakan Ha dan peerimaan Ho. Faktor pemungkin (X2) juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap partisipasi ibu balita dengan nilai koefisien 0,170 dan t hitung 2,313 > t tabel 1,66277, serta signifikansi 0,027 < 0,05. Demikian juga, faktor penguat (X3) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap partisipasi ibu balita dengan koefisien 0,313 dan t hitung 2,909 > t tabel 1,66277, serta signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semua faktor memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan partisipasi ibu balita dalam kegiatan posyandu. ***** This research aims to investigate the factors influencing the participation of mothers of toddlers in the posyandu activities, specifically encompassing the influence of predisposition, educational possibilities, and reinforcement on the involvement of mothers of toddlers in the posyandu balita (0 – 59 months). The main objective is to understand how these factors contribute to the level of participation of mothers of toddlers in posyandu activities, which ultimately provides guidance for the improvement and development of the posyandu program in an effort to enhance the health and well-being of toddlers in the community. Based on the research objective, a quantitative research design was employed. The research results show a positive and significant influence of the predisposition factor (X1) on the participation of mothers of toddlers in Desa Ambowetan Posyandu activities in the Ambowetan Village, Ulujami Sub-District, Pemalang Regency. The coefficient value is 0.095 with a calculated t-value of 1.756 > the tabled t-value of 1.68830, and significance of 0.00 < 0.45, indicating the rejection of Ha and acceptance of Ho. The enabling factor (X2) also has a positive and significant influence on the participation of mothers of toddlers with a coefficient value of 0.170 and a calculated t-value of 2.313 > the tabled t-value of 1.66277, as well as significance of 0.027 < 0.05. Similarly, the reinforcement factor (X3) has a positive and significant influence on the participation of mothers of toddlers with a coefficient value of 0.313 and a calculated t-value of 2.909 > the tabled t-value of 1.66277, and significance of 0.00 < 0.05. This indicates that all factors play a crucial role in increasing the participation of mothers of toddlers in posyandu activities.
