Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Locus of control (X1) dan Stres Akademik (X2) terhadap Prokrastinasi Akademik (Y) Siswa Kelas XI di SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 11 bulan terhitung mulai bulan April 2022 – Februari 2023. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah metode suvei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta sejumlah 244 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik Proportional random sampling dengan mengacu pada tabel Issac dan Michael dengan rumus Slovin dengan akurasi tingkat kesulitan sebesar 5% sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 142 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu : (1) Uji persyaratan analisis yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Hasil uji normalitas Kolmogorov-Smirnov dengan nilai signifikansi variabel prokrastinasi akademik sebesar 0,200, nilai signifikansi variabel locus of control sebesar 0,200, nilai signifikansi data variabel stres akademik sebesar 0,94. Hasil uji linearitas nilai Deviation From Linearity untuk variabel locus of control (X1) dan prokrastinasi akademik (Y) sebesar 0,234 > 0,05. Dan nilai Deviation From Linearity untuk variabel stres akademik (X2) dan prokrastinasi akademik (Y) sebesar 0,124 > 0,05; (2) Uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji multikolinearitas dan uji heterokedastisitas. Hasil uji multikolinearitas untuk nilai Tolerance variabel locus of control dan stres akademik sebesar 0,367 > 0,1 dan nilai VIF sebesar 2,723 < 10. Hasil uji heteroskedastisitas untuk nilai Correlation memiliki nilai signifikan untuk variabel locus of control (X1) sebesar 0,699 > 0,05, dan nilai signifikansi untuk variabel stres akademik (X2) sebesar 0,801 > 0,05; (3) Uji regresi linear berganda dengan hasil persamaan Y = 5.580 - 0,279X1 + 0,626X2; (4) Uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji F, dan uji T. Hasil uji F pada tabel ANOVA yaitu F¬hitung sebesar 137,794 > Ftabel 3,06. Hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama (simultan) antara locus of control (X1) dan stres akademik (X2) terhadap prokrastinasi akademik (Y). Hasil uji T variabel locus of control (X1) sebesar -2,090 > 1,97718 dan variabel stres akademik (X2) sebesar 8,318 > 1,97718. Hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh negative antara locus of control (X1) terhadap prokrastinasi akademik (Y) dan terdapat pengaruh positif stres akademik (X2) terhadap prokrastinasi akademik (Y); (5) Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,665 yang artinya 66,5%, variabel prokrastinasi akademik dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel locus of control dan stres akademik terhadap, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 33,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel atau faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata Kunci: Locus of Control, Stres Akademik, Prokrastinasi Akademik *** This study aims to determine the effect of Locus of control (X1) and Academic Stress (X2) on Academic Procrastination (Y) of Class XI Students at SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta. This research was conducted for 11 months starting from April 2022 – February 2023. The research method that researchers use is the survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was grade XI students of SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta totaling 244 students. The sampling technique used was the Proportional random sampling technique by referring to the Isaac and Michael tables with the Slovin formula with an accuracy of 5% difficulty so that a sample of 142 students was obtained. The data analysis techniques used are: (1) Test analysis requirements consisting of normality test and linearity test. Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test results with academic procrastination variable significance value of 0.200, locus of control variable significance value of 0.200, academic stress variable data significance value of 0.94. The results of the linearity test of the Deviation from Linearity value for locus of control (X1) and academic procrastination (Y) variables were 0.234 > 0.05. And the Deviation from Linearity value for the variables academic stress (X2) and academic procrastination (Y) was 0.124 > 0.05; (2) Classical assumption test consisting of multicollinearity test and heteroskedasticity test. The results of the multicollinearity test for the value of Tolerance variable locus of control and academic stress were 0.367 > 0.1 and VIF values of 2.723 < 10. The heteroscedasticity test results for the Correlation value have a significant value for the locus of control variable (X1) of 0.699 > 0.05, and a significance value for the academic stress variable (X2) of 0.801 > 0.05; (3) Multiple linear regression test with the result of the equation Y = 5.580 - 0.279X1 + 0.626X2; (4) Test the hypothesis consisting of test F, and test T. The results of test F in the ANOVA table are F¬count of 137.794 > Ftable 3.06. This means that there is a simultaneous influence between locus of control (X1) and academic stress (X2) on academic procrastination (Y). The results of the T test of the locus of control variable (X1) were -2.090 > 1.97718 and the academic stress variable (X2) was 8.318 > 1.97718. This means that there is a negative influence between the locus of control (X1) on academic procrastination (Y) and there is a positive influence of academic stress (X2) on academic procrastination (Y); (5) The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test obtained a result of 0.665 which means 66.5%, the variable of academic procrastination can be explained by the variable locus of control and academic stress against, while the remaining 33.5% is influenced by other variables or factors that are not studied.
