Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh pengalaman belajar ekonomi dan keterampilan kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling untuk memilih responden yang sesuai dengan kriteria penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat pengalaman belajar ekonomi, keterampilan kewirausahaan, dan keberhasilan UMKM. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak aplikasi SPSS dan AMOS versi terbaru. Analisis regresi linier digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antara pengalaman belajar ekonomi dan keberhasilan UMKM serta hubungan antara keterampilan kewirausahaan dan keberhasilan UMKM. Selain itu, analisis jalur (path analysis) juga dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh tidak langsung pengalaman belajar ekonomi terhadap keberhasilan UMKM melalui keterampilan kewirausahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman belajar ekonomi memberikan pengaruh positif sebesar 40% terhadap keberhasilan UMKM dan pengaruh positif sebesar 91% terhadap keterampilan kewirausahaan. Selain itu, keterampilan kewirausahaan memberikan pengaruh positif sebesar 56% terhadap keberhasilan UMKM. Temuan lain menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman belajar ekonomi memberikan pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap keberhasilan UMKM sebesar 91% melalui keterampilan kewirausahaan. *** This study aims to investigate the influence of learning experiences in economics and entrepreneurial skills on the success of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bekasi City. The research method employed is quantitative, utilizing purposive sampling technique to select respondents that meet the research criteria. Data were collected through a questionnaire using the Likert scale, which was used to measure the levels of learning experiences in economics, entrepreneurial skills, and MSMEs' success. Data analysis was conducted using the software applications SPSS and the latest version of AMOS. Linear regression analysis was utilized to examine the relationship between learning experiences in economics and MSMEs' success, as well as the relationship between entrepreneurial skills and MSMEs' success. Additionally, path analysis was also conducted to test the indirect influence of learning experiences in economics on MSMEs' success through entrepreneurial skills. The research findings reveal that learning experiences in economics exert a positive influence of 40% on MSMEs' success and a positive influence of 91% on entrepreneurial skills. Furthermore, entrepreneurial skills exhibit a positive influence of 56% on MSMEs' success. Another finding indicates that learning experiences in economics indirectly affect MSMEs' success by 91% through entrepreneurial skills.
