Abstract

Sampah merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang ada di lingkungan, penumpukan sampah dapat menyebabkan beberapa dampak negatif baik bagi lingkungan maupun bagi makhluk hidup. Pengelolaan sampah yang baik dan benar dapat membantu mengatasi pengurangan sampah. Program yang hadir di tengah masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah yakni program Bank Sampah. Tujuan didirikannya Bank Sampah adalah sebagai wadah dalam membina, mengumpulkan dan pengelolaan sampah sehingga masyarakat mendapatkan manfaat ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengelolaan program Bank Sampah Seruni dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 45 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dalam aspek context program Bank Sampah Seruni sebesar 19,24 yang termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik. Dalam aspek input sebesar 19,56 yang termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik. Dalam aspek process sebesar 33,78 yang termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik. Dalam aspek product sebesar 14,64 yang termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik. Dapat disimpulkan pelaksanaan program Bank Sampah Seruni terlaksana dengan baik. ***** Waste is one of the problems that exist in the environment, the accumulation of waste can cause several negative impacts both for the environment and for living things. Good and correct waste management can help overcome waste reduction. A program that is present in the community in waste management is the Waste Bank program. The purpose of establishing a Waste Bank is as a forum for fostering, collecting and managing waste so that the community gets economic benefits. This study aims to evaluate the Seruni Waste Bank program using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. This research uses descriptive analysis with a total research sample of 45 people. The research instrumen used is a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the context aspect of the Seruni Waste Bank program is 19.24 which is included in the very good category. In the input aspect of 19.56 which is included in the very good category. In the process aspect of 33.78 which is included in the very good category. In the product aspect of 14.64 which is included in the very good category. It can be concluded that the implementation of the Seruni Waste Bank program is well implemented.
