Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar nilai Resiliensi Masyarakat rentan bencana Bantaran Sungai Ci Liwung dan faktor yang mempengaruhinya, menganalisis pengelolaan lingkungan dan kualitas hidup masyarakat rentan bantaran sungai Ci Liwung dan pengaruhnya terhadap resiliensi, membuat peta-peta resiliensi, pengelolaan lingkungan, kualitas hidup dan overlay, serta menganalisis upaya adaptasi, mitigasi, dan intervensi kebijakan serta model pendidikan konseptual berbasis sungai sebagai upaya meningkatkan resiliensi masyarakat bantaran sungai Ci Liwung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mix method dengan alat analisis kuantitatif SEM PLS dan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan deskriptif analisis. Adapun hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) Terdapat 3 daerah dengan resiliensi tertinggi yaitu: Kelurahan Kedung Halang, Kelurahan Ancol dan Kelurahan Pejaten Timur, juga terdapat 3 daerah dengan resiliensi terendah yaitu: Kelurahan Katulampa, Kelurahan Sempur dan Kelurahan Depok. Faktor yang mempengaruhi resiliensi adalah upaya pra pengelolaan bencana, (2) Terdapat 4 daerah dengan ketahanan lingkungan terbaik yaitu Kelurahan Kedung Halang, Kelurahan Depok, Kelurahan Kebon Baru, Kelurahan Bidara Cina dan juga terdapat 3 daerah dengan ketananan lingkungan terburuk yaitu: Kelurahan Bantar Jati, Kelurahan Katu Lampa dan Kebon Baru serta resiliensi masyarakat bantaran sungai Ci Liwung memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pengelolaan lingkungan, (3) Masyarakat rentan bencana bantaran sungai Ci Liwung memiliki kualitas hidup yang baik dan resiliensi masyarakat bantaran sungai Ci Liwung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas hidup, (4) Terdapat peta overlay resiliensi masyarakat, peta pengelolaan lingkungan dan peta kualitas hidup masyarakat rentan bencana bantaran sungai Ci Liwung, (5)Terdapat upaya adaptasi dan mitigasi serta intervensi kebijakan serta model pendidikan konseptual berbasis masyarakat melalui kurikulum rekonstruksi sosial, lingkungan dan bencana guna meningkatkan resiliensi masyarakat. Berdasarkan temuan diatas, disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata tingkat resiliensi, pengelolaan lingkungan dan kualitas hidup masyarakat rentan bencana bantaran sungai Ci Liwung tinggi dan terdapat masing-masing 3 wilayah yang memiliki nilai tertinggi dan terendah, serta berpengaruh signifikan terhadap resiliensi, hal ini juga tergambar pada peta keberlanjutan masyarakat, pengelolaan lingkungan dan kualitas hidup. Untuk meningkatkan resiliensi masyarakat bantaran sungai Ci Liwung dibutuhkan adaptasi dan mitigasi terhadap bencana dan juga model pendidikan konseptual berbasis masyarakat dengan kurikulum rekonstruksi sosial, lingkungan dan bencana. Kata kunci: Resiliensi, Ci Liwung, pengelolaan lingkungan, kualitas hidup dan model pendidikan This study aims to analyze how much the value of resilience of Ci Liwung riverbank disasterprone communities and the factors that influence it, analyze environmental management and quality of life of Ci Liwung riverbank vulnerable communities and their effects on resilience, make resilience maps, environmental management, quality of life and overlays, as well as analyze adaptation, mitigation, and policy interventions as well as river-based conceptual education models as an effort to increase the resilience of the Ci Liwung riverbank community. The research method used is the mix method with quantitative analysis tools SEM PLS and qualitative research using descriptive analysis. The results of the study are as follows: (1) There are 3 areas with the highest resilience, namely: Kedung Halang Village, Ancol Village and East Pejaten Village, there are also 3 areas with the lowest resilience, namely: Katulampa Village, Sempur Village and Depok Village. The factor that affects resilience is pre-disaster management efforts, (2) There are 4 areas with the best environmental resilience namely Kedung Halang Village, Depok Village, Kebon Baru Village, Bidara Cina Village and there are also 3 areas with the worst environmental resilience, namely: Bantar Jati Village, Katu Lampa Village and Kebon Baru and Ci Liwung river resilience communities have a significant influence on environmental management. (3) Disaster-prone communities on the banks of the Ci Liwung River have a good Quality of Life and the resilience of the communities on the banks of the Ci Liwung River has a significant effect on the quality of life. (4) There are overlay maps of community resilience, environmental management maps and quality of life maps of people vulnerable to Ci Liwung riverbank disasters. (5) There are adaptation and mitigation efforts as well as policy interventions and community-based conceptual education models through the curriculum of social, environmental and disaster reconstruction to increase community resilience. Based on the above findings, it is concluded that the average level of resilience, environmental management and quality of life of people vulnerable to Ci Liwung riverbank disasters is high and there are 3 areas each that have the highest and lowest values, and have a significant effect on resilience, this is also illustrated on overlay maps, environmental management and quality of life, to increase the resilience of Ci Liwung riverbank communities, adaptation and mitigation are needed to disaster and also a community-based conceptual education model with a curriculum of social and disaster reconstruction.
