Abstract

Pendidikan kejuruan yang kontekstual menjadikan siswa mampu memiliki kompetensi yang sesuai pada bidangnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh konsep Teaching Factory yang seharusnya dilaksanakan di SMK, cara penyusunan standar penilaian dengan metode Delphi pada evaluasi penerapan Teaching Factory, dan melakukan evaluasi program dengan model Goal Oriented pada pelaksanaan Teaching Factory pada Kompetensi Keahlian Multimedia pada SMK di Kabupaten Bogor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Teaching Factory yang seharusnya dilaksanakan di SMK yaitu pembelajaran dengan menerapkan Competency Based Training (CBT) yang dipadukan dengan Production Based Education and Training (PBET) yang dalam penyelenggaraannya mengacu pada proses kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan alat yang sesuai dengan standar industri dapat diperoleh dengan cara kerjasama antara sekolah dengan industri melalui link and match. Langkah yang dilakukan pada metode Delphi yaitu: (1) Identifikasi masalah; (2) Menyusun kuesioner; (3) Pengisian kuesioner oleh ahli; (4) Evaluasi hasil kuesioner; dan (5) Meninjau hasil. Hasil dari diskusi panelis adalah standar penilaian Teaching Factory disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pada dunia kerja. Tahapan evaluasi dengan model evaluasi Goal Oriented yaitu: (1) Merumuskan tujuan; (2) Mengklasifikasi tujuan; (3) Merumuskan tujuan pada istilah perilaku secara terukur; (4) Menentukan waktu kapan pencapaian tujuan; (5) Memilih dan mengembangkan metode pengukuran yang tepat; (6) Menghimpun data; dan (7) Menganalogikan data hasil pada tujuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu studi literatur, observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Uji validitas dengan teknik Lawshe dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Alpha Chronbach’s. Hasil evaluasi penerapan Teaching Factory di Kabupaten Bogor adalah 80.00 dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterlaksanaan Teaching Factory di Kabupaten Bogor masuk dalam kategori tinggi. ***** Contextual vocational education makes students able to have appropriate competencies in their fields. This study aims to obtain the concept of Teaching Factory which should be implemented in Vocational High Schools, how to prepare assessment standards using the Delphi method in evaluating the implementation of Teaching Factory, and evaluating programs using the Goal Oriented model in implementing Teaching Factory in Multimedia Skills Competency in Vocational Schools in Bogor Regency. The results of the study show that the application of Teaching Factory which should be carried out in Vocational Schools is learning by applying Competency Based Training (CBT) combined with Production Based Education and Training (PBET) which in its implementation refers to work processes, work environment, and tools in accordance with standards. industry this can be obtained by collaborating between schools and industry through link and match. The steps taken in the Delphi method are: (1) Problem identification; (2) Compile a questionnaire; (3) Filling in the questionnaire by experts; (4) Evaluation of the results of the questionnaire; and (5) Reviewing the results. The result of the panelist discussion is that the Teaching Factory assessment standard is adjusted to the needs of the world of work. The stages of evaluation with the Goal Oriented evaluation model in this study are: (1) Formulate goals; (2) Classifying objectives; (3) Formulate goals in measurable behavioral terms; (4) Determine the time when the goal is achieved; (5) Select and develop appropriate measurement methods; (6) Collecting data; and (7) Analyzing the result data on the objective. Data collection techniques used are literature studies, observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Validity test with Lawshe technique and reliability test using Alpha Chronbach’s. The evaluation result of the implementation of Teaching Factory in Bogor Regency was 80.00 and it can be concluded that the implementation of Teaching Factory in Bogor Regency is in the high category.
