Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan sebuah produk media pembelajaran menggunakan perangkat bergerak (mobile learning) yaitu sebuah Mobile Pocket Book Pedoman Tata Cara Umrah yang akan diberi nama “Bekal Praktis Umrah Al-Amin Universal Tours”. Dalam mengembangkan mobile pocket book ini, peneliti menggunakan model pengembangan produk yang dikemukakan oleh Derek Rowntree, yang terdiri dari 3 tahapan utama, yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap persiapan penulisan, serta tahap penulisan dan penyuntingan. Teknik evaluasi data yang akan dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode evaluasi formatif dengan melibatkan ahli (expert review) dan pengguna (face-to-face tryouts). Evaluasi ini melibatkan 1 ahli materi, 1 ahli media dan 2 pengguna. Hasil uji coba ahli menyatakan bahwa produk pengembangan sudah layak digunakan karena standar kelayakannya sudah terpenuhi. Hasil uji coba pengguna menyatakan bahwa produk pengembangan ini cukup membantu menyampaikan informasi tata cara melaksanakan umrah dan dapat memudahkan mereka dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. ***** This development research produces a learning media product using mobile learning, called a Mobile Pocket Book Guidelines for Umrah Procedures which titled "Bekal Praktis Umrah Al-Amin Universal Tours". During the development process of this mobile pocket book, researchers used the product development model proposed by Derek Rowntree, which has 3 main stages, the planning stage, the writing preparation stage, and the writing and editing stage. Evaluation of this product is conducted using formative evaluation method by involving experts (expert review) and users (face-to-face tryouts). This evaluation involved 1 material expert, 1 media expert and 2 users. The results of the expert trial stated that the development product was proper to use as the eligibility standards had been met. The results of the user trials stated that this development product is helpful in conveying information on how to perform Umrah and can facilitate them in doing their work.
