Abstract

Penerapan SMK3 pada gedung Graha SUCOFINDO yang mengacu pada Peraturan Pemerintah No.50 Tahun 2012 sudah mendapat nilai tingkat penerapan sebesar 90% untuk kategori 166 kriteria atau tingkat lanjutan. Hal tersebut membuktikan telah berhasilnya diterapkan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) pada gedung tersebut. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi atas pengetahuan pekerja dan persepsi atas sikap pekerja terhadap penerapan SMK3 khusus sistem proteksi kebakaran di Gedung Graha SUCOFINDO baik secara parsial ataupun simultan. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu variabel dependen persepsi atas pengetahuan pekerja (X1) dan persepsi atas sikap pekerja (X2) serta variabel independen penerapan SMK3 (Y). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain penelitian cross sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan metode simple random sampling dengan jumlah responden pada penelitian ini merupakan 44 orang pekerja divisi Umum dan Manajemen Aset PT. SUCOFINDO. Data yang digunakan sudah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data diolah menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear berganda dan didapatkan hasil Y = 0,858 + 0,491X1 + 0,903X2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Variabel persepsi atas pengetahuan pekerja (X1) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap penerapan SMK3 (Y) dimana t-hitung 5.172 > t-tabel 2.018082. (2) Variabel persepsi atas sikap pekerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap penerapan SMK3 (Y) dimana t-hitung 6.784 > t-tabel 2.018082. (3) Variabel persepsi atas pengetahuan pekerja (X1) dan persepsi atas sikap pekerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap penerapan SMK3 (Y) sebesar f-hitung 682.536 > f-tabel 3.22. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi atas pengetahuan pekerja dan sikap pekerja berpengaruh terhadap penerapan SMK3 yang didukung oleh program pelatihan dan sosialisasi informasi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. ***** The application of SMK3 in the Graha SUCOFINDO building which refers to Government Regulation No.50 of 2012 has received an application rate value of 90% for category 166 criteria or advanced levels. This proves that the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) has been successfully implemented in the building. This study aims to determine the perception of workers' knowledge and perceptions of workers' attitudes towards the implementation of SMK3 specifically for fire protection systems in Graha SUCOFINDO Building either partially or simultaneously. The variables used in this study are dependent variables of perception of worker knowledge (X1) and perception of worker attitudes (X2) as well as independent variables of application of SMK3 (Y). This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach and cross-sectional research design. Data collection was carried out using a simple random sampling method with the number of respondents in this study being 44 workers of the General and Asset Management division of PT. SUCOFINDO. The data used has been tested for validity and reliability. The data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis tests and obtained results Y = 0.858 + 0.491X1 + 0.903X2. The results showed that: (1) The variable perception of workers' knowledge (X1) had a partial significant effect on the application of SMK3 (Y) where t-count 5.172 > t-table 2.018082. (2) The variable perception of workers' attitudes (X2) has a significant partial effect on the application of SMK3 (Y) where t-count 6.784 > t-table 2.018082. (3) The variables of perception of workers' knowledge (X1) and perception of workers' attitudes (X2) have a significant effect simultaneously on the application of SMK3 (Y) amounting to f-count 682,536 > f- table 3.22. It can be concluded that perceptions of workers' knowledge and workers' attitudes affect the implementation of SMK3 which is supported by training programs and information dissemination carried out by the company.
