Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian yang berjudul Pengaruh Kepribadian, Lingkungan Keluarga dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepribadian, Lingkungan Keluarga dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Siswa kelas X OTKP SMKN 2 Cikarang Barat dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 84 siswa dari total 112 siswa populasi terjangkau yaitu kelas X OTKP. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan Analisis Regresi Berganda dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Kepribadian berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan nilai uji thitung 2,266 > ttabel 1,991. Kemudian, Lingkungan Keluarga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan nilai uji thitung 2,090 > ttabel 1,991. Selanjutnya, Pendidikan Kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan nilai uji thitung 3,658 > ttabel 1,991. Sementara itu, Kepribadian, Lingkungan Keluarga dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap minat berwirausaha Siswa dengan nilai uji fhitung 41,419 > ftabel 2,72. Kata Kunci: Kepribadian, Lingkungan Keluarga, Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Minat Berwirausaha. *** The purpose of the study entitled The Influence of Personality, Family Environment and Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Interest to determine the effect of Personality, Family Environment and Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Interest of Students Class X OTKP of SMKN 2 Cikarang Barat using a sample of 84 students from a total of 112 students of the affordable population, namely class X OTKP. This research is quantitative with Multiple Regression Analysis and data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results revealed that personality has a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest with a test value of tcount 2.266 > ttable 1.991. Then, the family environment has a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest with a test value of tcount 2.090 > ttable 1.991. Furthermore, Entrepreneurship Education has a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest with a test value of tcount 3.658 > ttable 1.991. Meanwhile, Personality, Family Environment and Entrepreneurship Education have a significant effect together on student entrepreneurial interest with a test value of fcount 41.419 > ftable 2.72.
