Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Good Corporate Governance dan Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan dengan Gender Diversity sebagai Variabel Moderasi pada Sektor Industri Dasar dan Kimia yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2020-2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan dan laporan berkelanjutan perusahaan dengan jumlah sampel 54 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, uji persyaratan analisis, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan moderasi, serta uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa dewan komisaris independen (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, komite audit (X2) memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Sedangkan, kepemilikan manajerial (X3) dan Corporate Social Responsibility (X4) tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Selain itu, Gender diversity (Z) mampu memoderasi pengaruh dewan komisaris independen dan komite audit terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan gender diversity (Z) tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial dan corporate social responsibility terhadap kinerja perusahaan. *** This study aims to determine the influence of Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility on Company Performance with Gender Diversity as a Moderating Variable in the Basic Industry and Chemical Sectors Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2021 period. The research method used is a quantitative method with secondary data obtained from annual reports and sustainability reports of companies with a sample size of 54 companies. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, requirements analysis test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and moderation, and hypothesis testing. The results of the research partially show that the independent board of commissioners (X1) has a significant positive effect on firm performance, the audit committee (X2) has a significant negative effect on firm performance. Meanwhile, managerial ownership (X3) and Corporate Social Responsibility (X4) have no effect on company performance. In addition, gender diversity (Z) is able to moderate the influence of independent commissioners and audit committees on company performance and gender diversity (Z) is not able to moderate the effect of managerial ownership and corporate social responsibility on company performance.
