Abstract
Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan suatu produk yaitu sumber belajar berupa modul elektronik. Modul elektronik ini digunakan sebagai variasi sumber belajar untuk pelatihan service excellent di Gapura Learning Center. Pengembangan modul elektronik ini dilaksanakan dengan menerapkan model pengembangan Rowntree dengan mengadopsi model Jolliffe, dkk. Model pengembangan Rowntree terdiri dari 3 tahap utama yaitu (1) Tahap Perencanaan, (2) Tahap Persiapan Penulisan, (3) Tahap Penulisan dan Penyuntingan. Adapun penyesuaian dalam model Rowntree yaitu mengadopsi 4 langkah-langkah model Jolliffe, dkk pada tahap penulisan dan penyutingan. Teknik evaluasi yang digunakan dalam pengembangan ini adalah evaluasi formatif, yang mana penilaiannya dilakukan dengan uji coba ahli materi, ahli media dan uji coba pengguna. Hasil dari uji ahli materi mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 3,17, dengan kategori baik. Uji coba ahli media mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 3,49, dengan kategori sangat baik. Uji coba face-to-face tryouts oleh pengguna mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 3,13, dengan kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat dikatakan bahwa secara keseluruhan Modul Elektronik ini dinyatakan memiliki kualitas yang baik. ***** This development research aims to create a product, namely learning resources in the form of electronic modules. This electronic module is used as a variety of learning resources for service excellent training at Gapura Learning Center. The development of this electronic module was carried out by applying the Rowntree development model by adopting the Jolliffe, et al. model. The Rowntree development model consists of 3 main stages, namely (1) Planning Stage, (2) Writing Preparation Stage, (3) Writing and Editing Stage. The adjustment in the Rowntree model is to adopt the 4 steps of the Jolliffe, et al model at the writing and editing stage. The evaluation technique used in this development is formative evaluation, where the assessment is carried out by testing material experts, media experts and user trials. The results of the material expert test received an average score of 3.17, with a good category. The media expert test received an average score of 3.49, with a very good category. Face-to-face tryouts by users get an average score of 3.13, with a good category. Based on these results, it can be said that overall this Electronic Module is declared to have good quality.
