Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis peranan mendeskripsikan aktivitas dan mendeskripsikan faktor penghambat serta faktor pendukung kelompok Dasa Wisma dalam menangani kemiskinan pada era pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 4 orang yang terdiri satu orang Pembina Kelompok Dasa Wisma, dua orang Ketua Kelompok Dasa Wisma dan satu orang warga atau anggota kelompok Dasa Wisma. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan pengumpulan dokumentasi yang berasal dari informan kunci. Setelah itu peneliti melakukan proses triangulasi data dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Proses selanjutnya adalah peneliti melakukan analisis data dengan melalui empat tahapan. Keempat tahapan itu adalah peneliti melakukan verbatim dan pengkodean data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Kelompok Dasa Wisma sangat berperan dalam membantu Pemerintah menangani kemiskinan di masyarakat. Hasil ini juga menunjukkan bahwa program yang dilakukan oleh Kelompok Dasa Wisma dapat menyentuh secara langsung bagian terkecil di masyarakat yaitu keluarga. Penelitian ini juga memeperlihatkan peran pentingnya Pembina kelompok Dasa Wisma dalam memberikan dukungan untuk para Ketua Kelompok Dasa Wisma. Faktor pendukung dari hasil penelitian ini yaitu adanya kemauan dari dalam diri, dorongan keluarga serta apresiasi dari pengurus RT. Sedangkan faktor penghambat dari penelitian ini adalah tidak adanya apresiasi dan dukungan dari Pemerintah Kota Bekasi, kurangnya pelatihan untuk Ketua Kelompok Dasa Wisma dan masih adanya anggota yang menolak untuk mengikuti program. ***** This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the role of describing activities and describing the inhibiting factors and supporting factors of the Dasa Wisma group in dealing with poverty during the Covid-19 pandemic era. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a case study approach. Informants in this study were 4 people consisting of one Dasa Wisma group supervisor, two Dasa Wisma group leaders and one resident or member of the Dasa Wisma group. The data collection technique used in this study was by observing, interviewing and collecting documentation from key informants. After that, the researcher carried out the data triangulation process using source triangulation. The next process is the researcher conducting data analysis by going through four stages. The four stages are the researcher doing verbatim and data coding, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study revealed that the Dasa Wisma Group played a very important role in helping the Government deal with poverty in society. These results also show that the programs carried out by the Dasa Wisma Group can touch the smallest part of society, namely the family. This research also shows the important role of Dasa Wisma group coaches in providing support for Dasa Wisma group leaders. Supporting factors from the results of this study are the willingness from within, family encouragement and appreciation from the RT administrators. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors of this study were the absence of appreciation and support from the Municipal Government of Bekasi, the lack of training for the Dasa Wisma Group Leaders and the presence of members who refused to participate in the program.
