Abstract

Saat ini, kesehatan mental remaja menjadi masalah utama dimasyarakat. Persepsi kesehatan remaja dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, seperti keuangan, keluarga, teman sebaya, dukungan sekolah, media sosial, nutrisi dan aktivitas fisik, emosional, dan spiritualitas. Melihat dinamika kesehatan remaja, penting untuk dilakukan intervensi dalam upaya pengembangan kesehatan remaja yang optimal. Intervensi konseling dan implikasi klinis pernah dilakukan untuk mengembangkan kesehatan multidimensi (wellness). Namun secara khusus, belum ditemukan pengembangan program bimbingan dan konseling wellness. Atas dasar rasional, penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan program bimbingan dan konseling untuk mengembangkan kesehatan multidimensi (wellness) peserta didik SMA. Metode penelitian menggunakan educational design research dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen The Perceived Wellness Survey (PWS). Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan mean logit dan simpangan baku, frekuensi, dan persentase. Penelitian ini menghasilkan dua temuan, antara lain: (1) profil kesehatan multidimensi (wellness) peserta didik SMA, secara keseluruhan dalam kategori sehat, namun analisis lebih spesifik terhadap masing-masing dimensi, ditemukan tiga dimensi (psikologis, fisik, dan sosial) termasuk dalam kategori cenderung sehat dan tiga dimensi lainnya (spiritual, emosional, dan intelektual) termasuk dalam kategori cenderung kurang sehat. (2) pengembangan program bimbingan dan konseling untuk mengembangkan kesehatan multidimensi (wellness) peserta didik SMA kelas XI. Penelitian ini terbatas sampai tahap evaluasi dan alokasi waktu layanan program bimbingan dan konseling disesuaikan dengan hasil dimensi PWS. Dengan demikian, direkomendasikan penelitian lebih lanjut sampai tahap refleksi dan alokasi waktu layanan bimbingan dan konseling disesuaikan dengan Permendikbud No.111 Tahun 2014. ***** Currently, adolescent mental health is a major issue in society. Adolescent wellness perceptions can be influenced by various factors, such as finances, family, peers, school support, social media, nutrition and physical activity, emotions, and spirituality. Given the dynamics of adolescent wellness, it is important to intervene in an effort to develop optimal adolescent wellness. Counseling interventions and clinical implications have been conducted to develop wellness. Specifically, the development of a wellness guidance and counseling program has not been found. On a rational basis, this study aims to produce a guidance and counseling program to develop the wellness of high school students. The research method used educational design research and data was collected using The Perceived Wellness Survey (PWS) instrument. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with logit mean and standard deviation, frequency, and percentage. This study produced two findings, among others: (1) wellness profiles of high school students, overall in the healthy category, but a more specific analysis of each dimension, found three dimensions (psychological, physical, and social) are included in the category tends to be well and three other dimensions (spiritual, emotional, and intellectual) are included in the category tends to be unwell. (2) Development of guidance and counseling programs to develop the wellness of high school students in grade XI. This research is limited to the evaluation stage and the time allocation for guidance and counseling program services is adjusted to the results of the PWS dimensions. Thus, further research is recommended until the reflection stage and the allocation of time for guidance and counseling services is adjusted to Permendikbud No.111 of 2014.
