Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi sistem koloid. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Pelita 3 No. 3 Jakarta pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi Experiment dengan Post-test Only Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh XI MIPA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI MIPA 3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Kelas eksperimen menerapkan model pembelajaran TGT, sedangkan kelas kontrol menerapkan model pembelajaran 5M. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan pengukuran kemampuan akhir peserta didik (post-test) di akhir pembelajaran materi sistem koloid berupa pilihan ganda sebanyak 20 soal. Rata-rata nilai post-test kelas eksperimen sebesar 72,667 sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 60,667. Uji prasyarat dengan uji normalitas menggunakan uji Liliefors dan uji homogenitas menggunakan uji Fisher, dan didapat data yang berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 diperoleh thitung> ttabel dengan thitung sebesar 3,2014 dan ttabel sebesar 1,6716. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima atau dapat dikatakan model pembelajaran TGT berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi sistem koloid. This research was conducted at SMA Pelita 3 No. 3 Jakarta in the second semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. This research used the Quasi Experiment method with Post-test Only Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling so that obtained the class XI MIPA 2 as the experimental class and class XI MIPA 3 as the control class. The experimental class applying the TGT learning model, while the control class applying the 5M learning model. Data collection in this research used the measurement of the final ability of students (post-test) at the end of learning the colloid system material in the form of multiple-choice of 20 questions. The average post-test score in the experimental class is 72,667 while in the control class is 60,667. The requirements test with normality test used the Liliefors test and homogenity test used Fisher test, and obtained data that is normally distributed and homogeneous. Hypothesis testing using a t-test at a significant level of α = 0,05 obtained a tcount> ttable with a tcount of 3,2014 and a ttable of 1,6716. This shows that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted or it can be said that the TGT learning model has a positive effect on student learning outcomes on the colloid system material.
