Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis program pelatihan keterampilan menjahit di Pangudi Luhur Bekasi, yang ditujukan bagi Penyandang Masalah Kesejahteraan Sosial (PMKS) dalam konteks rehabilitasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengevaluasi kesesuaian dan efektivitas program dalam memberdayakan PMKS melalui pelatihan menjahit. Metode yang digunakan adalah evaluasi CIPP dengan pendekatan kualitatif studi deskriptif. Penelitian ini melibatkan informan seperti pengelola, pekerja sosial, dan warga binaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program tersebut efektif dalam mencapai tujuan pemberdayaan dengan menggunakan modul pelatihan yang terstruktur dan tutor berkualitas. Proses pelatihan yang interaktif dan penerapan keterampilan dalam proyek membantu peserta mengembangkan pemahaman dan keterampilan menjahit. Peserta juga mampu menghasilkan karya menjahit yang menggambarkan peningkatan kemahiran mereka. Dalam konteks program rehabilitasi, penelitian ini memberikan pandangan yang positif terhadap efektivitas dan dampak positif pelatihan menjahit bagi PMKS di Pangudi Luhur Bekasi. ***** This research analyzes a sewing skills training program at Pangudi Luhur Bekasi, targeting Individuals with Social Welfare Issues (PMKS) in the context of rehabilitation. The research aims to evaluate the suitability and effectiveness of the program in empowering PMKS through sewing training. The chosen methodology is CIPP evaluation with a qualitative descriptive approach. The study involves informants such as administrators, social workers, and beneficiaries. The results indicate the program's effectiveness in achieving empowerment goals, facilitated by a structured training module and qualified tutors. An interactive training process and skill application in projects assist participants in developing sewing understanding and skills, leading to improved proficiency. Within the rehabilitation context, the research provides a positive perspective on the effectiveness and positive impact of sewing training for PMKS at Pangudi Luhur Bekasi.
