Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab lesbian dan menggambarkan perilaku seksual pada narapidana lesbian di Lapas Perempuan Kelas IIA Bandar Lampung. Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari empat narapidana yang pernah menjalin hubungan dengan sesama jenis ketika berada di dalam lapas berdasarkan informasi dari Kepala dan Kasi Bimaswat Lapas Perempuan Kelas IIA Bandar Lampung. Selain partisipan, penelitian ini juga mengikutsertakan dua orang psikolog dan dua petugas lapas untuk mendapatkan gambaran fenomena dari sudut pandang ahli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga faktor narapidana menjadi lesbian. Faktor pertama adalah adanya trauma pada saat menjalin hubungan heteroseksual, faktor kedua yaitu adanya ketertarikan yang dirasakan dan berkembang karena faktor lingkungan, faktor ketiga adalah faktor ekonomi dimana adanya pemberian yang kemudian menimbulkan ketertarikan. Adapun perilaku seksual yang dilakukan seperti berpegangan tangan, mengelus, berperlukan yang merupakan perilaku seksual berisiko dan perilaku seksual berisiko seperti berciuman dan sexual intercourse. Berdasarkan respon petugas, lesbian dan perilaku seksualnya merupakan perilaku menyimpang yang tidak sesuai dengan norma yang berlaku di Indonesia dan dalam menangani perilaku tersebut upaya yang dilakukan pihak Lapas Perempuan Kelas IIA Bandar Lampung adalah pengawasan, pemberian kegiatan pengembangan kemandirian, serta pemberian hukuman. This study aims to determine the causes of lesbianism and describe sexual behavior in lesbian convicts at Class IIA Women's Prison Bandar Lampung. The research participants consisted of four convicts who had had same-sex relationships while in prison based on information from the Head and Head of Bimaswat Section for Class IIA Women's Prison Bandar Lampung. In addition to the participants, this study also involved two psychologists and two prison officers to get an overview of the phenomenon from an expert's point of view. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study research type. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews and observation. The results of this study indicate that there are three factors for convicts to become lesbians. The first factor is the existence of trauma when having a heterosexual relationship, the second factor is the attraction that is felt and develops due to environmental factors, the third factor is the economic factor where there is a gift which then creates interest. As for sexual behavior such as holding hands, stroking, hugging which are risky sexual behavior and risky sexual behavior such as kissing and sexual intercourse. Based on the officer's response, lesbian and sexual behavior is deviant behavior that is not in accordance with the norms in force in Indonesia and in dealing with this behavior the efforts made by the Class IIA Women's Correctional Center Bandar Lampung are supervision, providing independence development activities, and imposing punishments.
