Abstract

Penerjemahan selalu menjadi topik yang penting untuk dibahas. Ada banyak aspek dalam penerjemahan yang dapat menentukan kualitas terjemahan itu sendiri. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis ingin menganalisis penilaian kualitas terjemahan dalam laporan berita yang berjudul "Analisis Penilaian Kualitas Terjemahan Dalam Artikel Berita "ASEAN Memperkuat Kerja Sama Perlindungan Sosial Bagi Anak". penulis ingin mengimplikasikan model kualitas terjemahan yang berasal dari Mangatur Nababan. Penulis juga menggunakan analisis tekstual berupa kuesioner dan menganalisis keakuratan, keberterimaan, dan keterbacaan untuk mengetahui kualitas terjemahan. Hasil dari analisis ini adalah bahwa teks laporan berita tersebut terdapat beberapa kesalahan dalam hal makna, aspek tata bahasa, dan susunan kata yang ditemukan di dalam naskah terjemahan. Meskipun demikian, secara keseluruhan teks berita tersebut tetap mempertahankan poin utama dari informasi berita yang akan disampaikan kepada pembaca. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa teks berita yang diterjemahkan merupakan terjemahan yang baik dan masih dapat dikembangkan untuk menjadi terjemahan yang lebih baik lagi. ***** Translation has been always an important topic to be discussed. There are many aspects of translation which can determining the value of the translation itself. In this research study, the writer would like to analyse the translation quality assessment within the news report entitled Translation Quality Assessment Analysis In “ASEAN Strengthens the Cooperation on Social Protection for Children” News Article. the writer would like to imply the model of translation quality which came from Mangatur Nababan. The writer also uses the textual analysis in form of questionnaire and analyse the accuracy, acceptability and readability in order to find out the quality of the translation. The result of this analysis is that the news report text is that there are several errors in terms of meaning, grammatical aspects and wording that been found through-out the translated paper. Despite of that, the overall of the text is still maintained the main point of the news information that will be inform to the reader. Therefore, it concluded that the translated text of the news article is remain a good translation and could be improved to be a better translation.
