Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis tindak ilokusi yang terdapat dalam Disney's Encanto dan menganalisis prosedur penerjemahan yang digunakan oleh penerjemah dalam menerjemahkan tindak ilokusi dalam Disney's Encanto. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi deskriptif-kualitatif karena metode merupakan metode yang paling tepat dalam situasi ini. Data untuk penelitian ini berasal dari ujaran karakter seperti kata, frasa, kalimat, atau ujaran yang menampilkan tindak ilokusi dalam naskah film Disney Encanto di aplikasi Disney+ Hotstar. Penulis menggunakan dua teori: gagasan tindakan ilokusi Searle dan gagasan Molina dan Albir tentang prosedur penerjemahan. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa kelima jenis tindak ilokusi, yang digunakan oleh penerjemah sebagai acuan untuk menerjemahkannya, penulis menemukan sepuluh jenis teknik penerjemahan dari sembilan belas jenis yang ada, kemudian penulis juga tidak menemukan adanya perubahan tipe dari tindak ilokusi saat penerjemah menerjemahkan tindak ilokusi tersebut ke target bahasa. ***** The goals of this research are to identify the types of illocutionary acts present in Disney's Encanto and to identify the translation procedures utilized by translators in translating illocutionary acts in Disney's Encanto. This study employs the descriptive-qualitative approach since it the most appropriate method in this circumstance. The data for this study were derived from the characters' utterances such as words, phrases, sentences, or utterances that featured illocutionary acts in Disney's movie Encanto movie script on Disney+ Hotstar. The writer employs two theories: Searle's idea of illocutionary acts and Molina and Albir's notion of translation procedures. The finding revealed all five kinds of illocutionary acts, and the translator used ten kinds of translation techniques out of nineteen types, thus the writer did not found any changes in the type of illocutionary acts when the translator translated those illocutionary acts to target language.
