Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh safety climate terhadap safety behavior pada karyawan generasi Z. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi berganda. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 84 responden yang merupakan karyawan berusia 18-28 tahun bekerja di bidang pekerjaan yang memiliki resiko kecelakaan kerja tinggi. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Nordic Occupational Safety Climate Questionnaire (NOSACQ-50) dirancangan dari kines, dkk pada tahun 2011 dan skala safety behavior rancangan dari Neal and Griffin pada tahun 2000. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan positif antara safety climate pada dimensi pemberdayaan pihak manajemen terkait keselamatan kerja, dan dimensi kepercayaan pekerja terhadap keefektifan sistem keselamatan kerja terhadap safety behavior pada karyawan generasi Z. This research aims to determine the influence of safety climate on safety behavior in generation Z employees. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis methods. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a total sample of 84 respondents who were employees aged 18-28 years working in fields of work that had a high risk of work accidents. The measuring instrument used is the Nordic Occupational Safety Climate Questionnaire (NOSACQ-50) designed by Kines, et al in 2011 and the safety behavior scale designed by Neal and Griffin in 2000. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant and positive influence between safety climate on the dimension of management empowerment regarding work safety, and the dimension of workers' trust in the effectiveness of the work safety system on safety behavior in generation Z employees.
