Abstract
Kurangnya bahan ajar kalimat verbal dalam pembelajaran kebahasaan teks berita kelas VII mengakibatkan tingkat pemahaman siswa menjadi kurang maksimal. Siswa membutuhkan bahan ajar lain yang lebih mendalam, mudah dipahami, dan diingat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengetahui kelayakan bahan ajar kalimat verbal dalam kebahasaan teks berita kelas VII yang divariasikan dengan media Canva. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develeopment, Implementation, dan Evaluation) yang mengadaptasi tiga tahapan yaitu Analysis, Design, dan Development. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan angket analisis kebutuhan. Analisis kebutuhan yang dilakukan yaitu analisis kurikulum, analisis materi ajar, analisis kebutuhan guru, dan analisis kebutuhan siswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan di SMP Negeri 12 Kota Bogor pada 33 siswa dan 1 guru Bahasa Indonesia. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh berupa data kuantitatif dan kualitatif dari validasi ahli materi dan media. Validasi ahli materi mendapatkan hasil penilaian dengan kriteria sangat baik pada 5 aspek penilaian dengan rata-rata skor 5 dan persentase 100%. Validasi ahli media mendapatkan hasil penilaian dengan kriteria sangat baik pada 2 aspek penilaian dengan rata-rata skor 4,4 dan persentase 88%. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian validasi materi dan media oleh validator dinyatakan bahwa bahan ajar kalimat verbal dalam kebahasaan teks berita kelas VII dengan media Canva sangat layak diimplementasikan dalam proses pembelajaran. ***** The lack of verbal sentence teaching materials in learning the language of news texts in class VII results in the level of student understanding being less than optimal. Students need other teaching materials that are more in-depth, easy to understand, and remember. This study aims to develop and determine the feasibility of teaching materials for verbal sentences in the language of class VII news texts that are varied with Canva media. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) research type with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develeopment, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model which adapts three stages, namely Analysis, Design, and Development. Data were obtained through observations, interviews, and needs analysis questionnaires. The needs analysis carried out is curriculum analysis, teaching material analysis, teacher needs analysis, and student needs analysis. Data analysis was carried out with quantitative and qualitative analysis. Sampling was conducted at SMP Negeri 12 Bogor City on 33 students and 1 Indonesian teacher. The research results obtained in the form of quantitative and qualitative data from the validation of material and media experts. The material expert validation obtained the assessment results with very good criteria on 5 aspects of the assessment with an average score of 5 and a percentage of 100%. The media expert validation obtained the assessment results with very good criteria in 2 aspects of the assessment with an average score of 4.4 and a percentage of 88%. Based on the results of the material and media validation assessment by the validator, it is stated that the teaching materials for verbal sentences in the language of class VII news texts with Canva media are very feasible to be implemented in the learning process.
