Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi kesehatan mental terhadap perilaku mencari bantuan pada atlet remaja DKI Jakarta yang pernah mengalami cedera. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 245 atlet remaja DKI Jakarta berusia 12-25 tahun yang pernah mengalami cedera. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposisive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu General Help Seeking Questionnaire (GHSQ) dan Mental Health Knowledge Questionnaire (MHKQ). Hasil analisis regresi pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa literasi kesehatan mental berpengaruh terhadap perilaku mencari bantuan pada atlet remaja DKI Jakarta. This research method uses quantitative descriptive methods. The sample in this study amounted to 245 DKI Jakarta teenage athletes aged 12-25 years who had experienced injuries. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The instruments used in this study are the General Help Seeking Questionnaire (GHSQ) and the Mental Health Knowledge Questionnaire (MHKQ). The results of regression analysis in this study indicate that mental health literacy affects help-seeking behavior in DKI Jakarta adolescent athletes.
