Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat stres peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Atas di DKI Jakarta. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi siswa SMA DKI Jakarta dengan rentang usia 15-19 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 96 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Instrumen Student Life stress Inventory (SLSI) dikembangkan oleh Bernadette M. Gadzella (1991). Penelitian ini melakukan uji statistik dekriptif dengan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 82,3% tingkat stres yang rendah pada peserta didik SMA di DKI Jakarta. This study aims to determine the picture of the stress level of high school students in DKI Jakarta. The research approach used was quantitative descriptive research with the population of DKI Jakarta High School students with an age range of 15-19 years. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents. The instrument used is the Student Life stress Inventory (SLSI) instrument developed by Bernadette M. Gadzella (1991). This study conducted a descriptive statistical test with the results showing that 82.3% of stress levels were low in high school students in DKI Jakarta.
