Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi prestasi atlet putra nasional pada cabang olahraga atletik nomor 100 meter dengan metode model evaluasi CIPP (context, input, process,product). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 1 pelatih, 2 pengurus PB PASI, 1 pengurus stadion, dan 4 atlet putra nasional cabang olahraga atletik nomor 100 meter. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1) Pada evaluasi context, seleksi pemilihan atlet dan pelatih, sarana dan prasarana serta program manajemen secara umum sudah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, 2) Pada evaluasi input, seleksi pemilihan pelatih dan sprinter berdasarkan kategori, sarana prasarana sebagai tempat untuk menjalankan program latihan,dan dukungan dana tercukupi dalam hasil evaluasi yang masih tergolong baik, 3) Pada tahap proses sudah berjalan dengan baik, totalitas pelatih dalam memberikan program latihan perlu mendapat apresiasi dari semua pihak,namun masih terdapat kekurangan pada prasarana serta program monitoring dan evaluasi (monev), 4) Pada evaluasi product menunjukkan bahwa pelatih sudah mencapai target serta atlet sprinter telah memiliki prestasi yang baik dan sesuai harapan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa evaluasi prestasi atlet nasional pada cabang olahraga atletik nomor 100 meter sudah berjalan baik, namun apabila ditinjau secara keseluruhan melalui evaluasi model CIPP masih terdapat kekurangan pada prasarana serta program monitoring dan evaluasi (monev). *ABSTRACT* The purpose of this study is to evaluate the achievements of national male athletes in athletics number 100 meters with the CIPP evaluation model method (context, input, process, product). The population in this study was 1 coach of sprinter, 2 managers of PB PASI, 1 manager of stadion, and 4 national male athletes in the 100 meters athletic. Data collection was carried out using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis. The results showed that, 1) In context evaluation, selection of athletes and coaches, facilities and infrastructure and management programs in general have run well and as expected, 2) In the evaluation of inputs, selection of trainers and sprinters based on categories, infrastructure facilities as a place to run training programs, and sufficient financial support in the evaluation results that are still relatively good, 3) At the stage of the process has gone well, the totality of trainers in providing training programs needs to be appreciated by all parties, but there are still shortcomings in infrastructure and monitoring and evaluation programs (monev), 4) The product evaluation shows that the coach has achieved the target and the sprinter athletes has performed well and as expected. It can be concluded that the evaluation of the achievements of national athletes in the 100 meters athletic has gone well, but if reviewed as a whole through the evaluation of the CIPP model, there are still shortcomings in infrastructure and monitoring and evaluation programs (monev).
