Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) efektifitas latihan plyometric front hurdle jump terhadap power shooting. 2) efektifitas latihan plyometric lateral hurdle jump terhadap power shooting. 3) mana yang lebih efektif antar latihan plyometric front hurdle jump dan lateral hurdle jump terhadap power shooting.. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet klub olahraga prestasi futsal Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang berjumlah 130 atlet yang terbagi menjadi 4 tim yaitu Tim A putra, Tim B putra, Tim A putri dan Tim B putri, setelah itu dilakukan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dan didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 atlet pada tim A putra Klub olahraga prestasi Futsal Universitas Negeri Jakarta dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen dan desain penelitian yang di gunakan adalah two groups pre test-post test design, yaitu mencari perbandingan efektifitas dengan metode penelitian pre test dan post test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan peningkatan pada grup front hurdle jump sebesar 30,47 J dan grup lateral hurdle jump sebesar 34,62 J terdapat perbedaan 4,15 J. didapat hasil uji t hitung sebesar 0,593 dengan nilai sig. sebesar 1,701, karena nilai t hitung < t tabel atau 0.593 < 1,701, maka H0 diterima yaitu ada perbedaan yang tidak signifikan antara grup latihan front hurdle jump dan lateral hurdle jump untuk peningkatan power shooting pada klub futsal Universitas Negeri Jakarta. ***** *ABSTRACT* The aim of this research is to determine: 1) The effectiveness of plyometric front hurdle jump training on power shooting. 2) the effectiveness of plyometric lateral hurdle jump training on power shooting. 3) which is more effective between plyometric front hurdle jump and lateral hurdle jump exercises for power shooting. The population in this study were all athletes from the futsal performance sports club at Jakarta State University, totaling 130 athletes divided into 4 teams, namely Men's Team A, Team Men's B Team, Women's Team A and Women's Team B, after that sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, and the sample size was 30 athletes from Men's Team A at the Jakarta State University Futsal Performance Sports Club using the experimental method and the research design used was two groups pre test-post test design, namely looking for a comparison of effectiveness with pre test and post test research methods. The results of this study showed an increase in the front hurdle jump group of 30.47 J and the lateral hurdle jump group of 34.62 J. There was a difference of 4.15 J. The calculated t test result was 0.593 with a sig value. is 1.701, because the calculated t value < t table or 0.593 < 1.701, then H0 is accepted, namely that there is an insignificant difference between the front hurdle jump and lateral hurdle jump training groups for increasing shooting power at the Jakarta State University futsal club.
