Abstract

Kekerasan siswa di sekolah tidak hanya berdampak pada kesehatan dan keselamatan fisik anak muda, tetapi juga kesehatan mental, hubungan sosial, dan akademik mereka. Selain itu, kekerasan siswa di sekolah menengah memiliki tingkat dampak yang berbeda pada pelaku dan mereka yang terkena dampak kekerasan. Penelitian ini memberikan analisis mendalam tentang karakteristik dan manifestasi perilaku kekerasan siswa di kalangan SMP, dan strategi manajemen mempelajari faktor-faktor terkait yang mempengaruhi perilaku kekerasan siswa di kalangan SMP. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penyebab kekerasan siswa di kalangan siswa sekolah menengah dari empat perspektif: sekolah, keluarga, masyarakat, dan siswa itu sendiri, serta membahas strategi pencegahan dan penanggulangan melalui wawancara dan penelitian literatur dengan SMP Kristen Calvin sebagai subjek penelitian. **** School violence not only affects the physical health and safety of young people, but also their mental health, social relationships and academic. In addition to this, student violence in middle school has different degrees of impact on the perpetrators and those affected by the violence. This research provides an in-depth analysis of the characteristics and manifestations of violent behavior among middle school students, and management strategies studies the related factors that influence violent behavior among middle school students. It explores the causes of school violence among middle school students from four perspectives: school, family, society, and the students themselves, and discusses the prevention and control strategies through interviews and literature research with Kristen Calvin Middle School as the research subject.
