Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah, 1) mengetahui peningkatan kualitas passing setelah diberikan latihan menggunakan latihan passing terisolir 2) mengetahui peningkatan kualitas passing latihan passing dinamis dan 3) mengetahui perbedaan peningkatan kualitas passing setelah diberikan latihan passing terisolir dan Latihan passing dinamis. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif komparatif, yaitu membandingkan kedua latihan yang berbeda dan teknik pengampilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh yaitu pengambilan sampel bila semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel dengan jumlah 20 atlet. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen four pass box passing selama 1 menit. Setelah diberikan latihan sebanyak 16 kali pertemuan selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistika uji-t paired dan uji- t independent. Hasil penelitian 1) latihan passing terisolir diperoleh 5,48 > 2,262 berdasarkan dk = 9 taraf signifikan 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kualitas passing setelah diberikan latihan passing terisolir. 2) latihan passing dinamis diperoleh 11,05 > 2,262 berdasarkan dk = 9 taraf signifikan 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kualiatas passing setelah diberikan latihan passing dinamis. 3) tes akhir latihan passing terisolir dan passing dinamis diperoleh sebesar 0,34 < 2,101 berdasarkan dk = 18 taraf signifikan 0,05 maka H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan (signifikan) dari latihan passing terisolir dan latihan passing dinamis terhadap kualitas passing siswa SSB Mutiara Cempaka Utama usia 10 tahun ***** The aims of this research are, 1) to determine the increase in passing quality after being given training using isolated passing, 2) to find out the improvement in passing quality with dynamic passing exercises and 3) to find out the difference in the increase in passing quality after being given training in isolated passing and dynamic passing. This research was carried out using a comparative quantitative method, namely comparing two different exercises and a sampling technique using saturated sampling, namely sampling if all members of the population were sampled with a total of 20 athletes. Data collection used a four pass box passing instrument for 1 minute. After being given training for 16 meetings, the data was analyzed using paired t-test statistics and independent t-test. Research results: 1) isolated passing practice obtained 5.48 > 2.262 based on dk = 9 at a significant level of 0.05, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so it can be concluded that there is an increase in the quality of passing after being given isolated passing practice. 2) dynamic passing training obtained 11.05 > 2.262 based on dk = 9 with a significance level of 0.05, so H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted so it can be concluded that there was in passing quality after being given dynamic passing training. 3) the final test of isolated passing and dynamic passing training was obtained at 0.34 < 2.101 based on dk = 18, a significant level of 0.05, so H0 is accepted. and H1 is rejected It can be concluded that there is no (significant) difference between isolated passing and dynamic passing training on quality. passing students of Mutiara Cempaka Utama Football School 10 Years old Students
