Abstract

CV Tritek Solution bertanggung jawab atas penjualan dan penyewaan alat percetakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan front-end pada sistem informasi manajemen hubungan pelanggan CV Tritek Solution dengan menerapkan metode prototype. Metode ini dipilih untuk memberikan pendekatan yang sistematis dan terstruktur dalam proses pengembangan front-end. Pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis website menggunakan Prototype yang terdiri dari 4 tahap, Identifikasi kebutuhan dasar pengguna, mengembangkan prototype awal, evaluasi sistem, pengujian sistem. sistem informasi manajemen hubungan pelanggan CV Tritek Solution berbasis website diuji fungsionalitasnya menggunakan blackbox, dari hasil uji blackbox didapatkan semua fungsi dari sistem informasi manajemen hubungan pelanggan CV Tritek Solution berbasis website berjalan dengan baik dengan status pengujian menunjukkan status “Berhasil”, kemudian dilakukan uji usability oleh pengguna menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) terhadap 4 pengguna dan menghasilkan skor rata – rata SUS sebanyak 85. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan aplikasi manajemen hubungan pelanggan CV Tritek Solution berbasis website dapat dilakukan dengan metode Prototype dan sesiai dengan pengujian yang telah dilakukan. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Hubungan Pelanggan, Front End, Prototype, System Usability Scale. CV Tritek Solution is responsible for the sale and rental of printing equipment. This research aims to develop the front-end of CV Tritek Solution's customer relationship management information system by applying the prototype method. This method was chosen to provide a systematic and structured approach in the front-end development process. The development of a website-based information system using Prototype which consists of 4 stages, Identification of basic user needs, developing initial prototypes, system evaluation, system testing. CV Tritek Solution's website-based customer relationship management information system was tested for functionality using blackbox, from the blackbox test results it was found that all functions of the CV Tritek Solution website-based customer relationship management information system were running well with the test status showing "Successful" status, then the usability test was carried out by users using the System Usability Scale (SUS) on 4 users and resulted in an average SUS score of 85. So it can be concluded that the development of a website-based CV Tritek Solution customer relationship management application can be done with the Prototype method and in accordance with the tests that have been carried out.
