Abstract

MODEL LATIHAN BLOCKING PENJAGA GAWANG BERBASIS SMALL SIDED GAMES PADA KLUB SEPAK BOLA WANITA DI JAKARTA ABSTRAK Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model latihan blocking berbasis small sided games pada permainan sepak bola yang lebih baru dan simple sehingga mudah dipahami dan diterapkan secara langsung untuk penjaga gawang klub sepak bola wanita di Jakarta. Pengembangan model latihan blocking penjaga gawang berbasis small sided games dalam permainan sepak bola ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (penelitian dan pengembangan) yang mengacu pada model BORG & GALL. Penelitian ini pada awalnya membuat desain produk sebanyak 13 model latihan kemudian hasil akhir dengan uji justifikasi ahli menjadi 13 model latihan. Berdasarkan uji validasi yang digunakan adalah uji justifikasi para ahli dengan tiga ahli dibidang olahraga sepak bola. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai bahan referensi atau acuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan, keberhasilan dan memberikan variasi latihan blocking penjaga gawang saat situasi permainan. Model latihan ini juga bertujuan untuk menjadi referensi kepada para pelatih sepak bola khususnya klub sepak bola wanita di Jakarta dalam menerapkan latihan blocking berbasis small sided games yang dapat dilakukan saat latihan dan pertandingan. Hasil penelitian ini untuk kedepannya diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan referensi untuk para pelatih dan mahasiswa yang akan mengembangkan model ini dan khususnya bagi penjaga gawang sepak bola wanita dalam meningkatkan kemampuan teknik blocking dalam permainan sepak bola. *****   GOALKEEPER BLOCKING TRAINING MODEL BASED ON SMALL SIDED GAMES AT WOMEN'S FOOTBALL CLUBS IN JAKARTA ABSTRACT This research aims to develop a blocking training model based on small sided games in newer and simpler football games so that it is easy to understand and apply directly to goalkeeper of women's football clubs in Jakarta. The development of a training model based on small-sided games in this football game uses the Research and Development method which refers to the BORG &GALL model. This research initially made a product design of 13 exercise models then the final result with expert justification tests became 13 exercise models. Based on the validation test used is a justification test of experts with three experts in the field of football. The purpose of this study is as a reference material to improve skills, success and provide variations of blocking goalkeeper exercises in during game situations. This training model also aims to be a reference to football coaches, especially women's football clubs in Jakarta in implementing blocking exercises based on small sided games that can be done during training and matches. The results of this research in the future are expected to be a reference material for coaches and students who will develop this model and especially for football goalkeeper in improving blocking techniques in the game of football.
