Abstract

Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan serta Kesehatan kerja yaitu bagian dari sistem manajemen yang mencakup struktur organisasi, perencanaan, tanggung jawab, pelaksanaan, proses serta sumber daya yang diharapkan bagi pengembangan penerapan, pencapaian, pengkajian serta pemeliharaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Berdasarkan informasi yang didapat pada 04 Januari 2023, peneliti melihat secara langsung kondisi dan suasana ditempat kerja, dari penerapan sistem manajemen yang kurang dalam menerapkan prinsip dan elemen sesuai dengan PP No.50 Tahun 2012 tentang SMK3. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang SMK3 berdasarkan dengan PP No.50 Tahun 2012, sebagai tindakan pencegahan kecelakaan kerja dengan merancang manual SMK3 yang nantinya akan diterapkan oleh perusahaan ini. terhadap ketidaksesuaian pelaksanaan SMK3. Penelitian ini menggunakan kepustakaan metode penelitian. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui pembacaan teks kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, form evaluasi SMK3, wawancara, kuesioner, dokumentasi dan validasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Penerapan SMK3 di CV. Keysindo Mitratama masih belum maksimal dan masih belum dapat melaksanakan SMK3 berdasarkan dengan PP No.50 Tahun 2012 mengenai SMK3 serta tidak konsisten dalam penerapannya. Maka dibuatlah manual SMK3 ini sebagai bentuk keteladanan dalam mematuhi aturan K3 dan pencegahan kecelakaan kerja. Kata Kunci : Sistem Manajemen K3, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja The Occupational Safety and Health Management System is part of the management system which includes organizational structure, planning, responsibilities, implementation, processes and resources expected for the development of implementation, achievement, assessment and maintenance of occupational safety and health. Based on information obtained on January 4 2023, researchers saw firsthand the conditions and atmosphere in the workplace, from the implementation of a management system that was lacking in implementing principles and elements in accordance with PP No.50 of 2012 concerning SMK3. The aim of this research is to design an SMK3 based on PP No. 50 of 2012, as a work accident prevention measure by designing an SMK3 manual which will later be implemented by this company. regarding non-compliance with the implementation of SMK3. This research uses research methods literature. Research data was collected through reading texts and then analyzed descriptively. Data collection was carried out through observation, SMK3 evaluation forms, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and validation. The result of this research is the implementation of SMK3 in CV. Keysindo Mitratama is still not optimal and is still unable to implement SMK3 based on PP No. 50 of 2012 concerning SMK3 and is inconsistent in its implementation. So this SMK3 manual was created as a form of example in complying with K3 regulations and preventing work accidents. Keywords: K3 Management System, Occupational Safety and Health
