Abstract

CV Keysindo Mitratama adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa manufacturing dan workshop, terutama bergerak di bidang pembuatan Spareparts Brankast atau Lemari Besi (Safes). Dengan pengalaman lebih dari 10 tahun dan disertai dengan tenaga kerja yang berkompetensi serta alat atau mesin yang memadai. Diantara proses produksi yang terdapat di CV Keysindo didalamnya terdapat beberapa sumber bahaya yang berpotensi menjadi risiko sehingga bisa menyebabkan kecelakaan keja. Kecelakaan bisa terjadi secara tiba tiba di tempat kerja, kecelakaan meruapakan suatu kejadian yang tidak bisa diduga kejadiannya terhadap seseorang atau sekelompok orang pada suatu lingkaran perusahaan, yang bisa membuat kerugian ringan sampai yang berat, dan menghentikan kegiatan kerja secara total. Oleh karena itu butuh adanya suatu sistem untuk antisipasi dan penanganan kecelakaan kerja yaitu sistem kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3). Metode peneitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode campuran dimana metode penelitian kualiatatif untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya dan menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk menganalisis risiko kecelakaan kerja yang ada di bengkel pemesinan CV Keysindo Mitratama. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah diantara 3 proses produksi yaitu pada pembuatan engsel brankas, pembuatan handel brankas dan pembuatan kunci brankas yang ada di CV Keysindo didalam nya terdapat beberapa risiko yang memiliki tingkat yang berbeda dan juga perlu adanya pengedalian risiko agar bisa mengurangi potensi terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. ***** CV Keysindo Mitratama is a company that operates in the field of manufacturing and workshop services, especially in the field of making safe spare parts or safes. With more than 10 years of experience and accompanied by competent workforce and adequate tools or machines. Among the production processes at CV Keysindo, there are several sources of danger that have the potential to become risks and can cause work accidents. Accidents can happen suddenly in the workplace, an accident is an unpredictable event that occurs to a person or group of people in a company circle, which can cause minor to serious losses, and stop work activities completely. Therefore, there is a need for a system to anticipate and handle work accidents, namely an occupational health and safety (K3) system. The research method used in this research is a mixed method where qualitative research methods are used to identify potential hazards and quantitative methods are used to analyze the risk of work accidents in the CV Keysindo Mitratama machining workshop. The results of this research are that among the 3 production processes, namely making safe hinges, making safe handles and making safe keys at CV Keysindo, there are several risks that have different levels and there is also a need for risk control in order to reduce the potential for work accidents.
