Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini khususnya pada bidang telekomunikasi sangat cepat membuat beragam banyak layanan baru yang muncul. Salah satu sekolah menengah kejuruan di Jakarta, yaitu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN) 22 Jakarta, juga mengandalkan jaringan komputer untuk menjalankan berbagai kegiatan penting, termasuk pengelolaan akses internet yang stabil untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar-mengajar. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara perlunya memantau kinerja jaringan komputer secara terus-menerus untuk memastikan bahwa jaringan dapat beroperasi secara optimal. Hasil dari penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat rancangan sistem monitoring jaringan komputer di SMKN 22 Jakarta menggunakan Grafana yang terintegrasi bot Telegram dengan metode NDLC (Network Development Life Cycle). Pengujian dilakukan dengan diberikan kepada administrator jaringan SMKN 22 Jakarta menggunakan pengujian UAT bahwa sistem monitoring jaringan yang telah dibuat dianggap berhasil, melalui proses delapan pertanyaan yang mendapatkan hasil “Pengujian Berhasil”. Sistem monitoring yang telah dikembangkan dianggap berhasil dan dapat membantu pemantauan sistem monitoring jaringan komputer di SMKN 22 Jakarta. Kata kunci: Perancangan, sistem monitoring jaringan, NDLC, Grafana, bot Telegram ____________________________________________________________ The current rapid development of information technology, especially in the telecommunications sector, has led to the emergence of various new services. One of the vocational high schools in Jakarta, namely Vocational High School (SMKN) 22 Jakarta, also relies on computer networks to carry out various important activities, including managing stable internet access to support teaching and learning activities. Based on interview results, there is a need to continuously monitor the performance of computer networks to ensure optimal operation. The purpose of this research is to design a computer network monitoring system at SMKN 22 Jakarta using Grafana integrated with Telegram bot using the NDLC (Network Development Life Cycle) method. Testing is conducted using a simulation was presented to the network administrator of SMKN 22 Jakarta through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), which considered the network monitoring system as successful. This was determined through a process involving eight questions, all resulting in a "Successful Testing" outcome. The developed monitoring system is considered successful and is deemed capable of aiding in the monitoring of computer network systems at SMKN 22 Jakarta.
