Abstract

Maulana Abdul Malik, Rancang Bangun Antena Vivaldi Antipodal Menggunakan Kombinasi Circular Loads dan DGS Untuk Peningkatan Bandwidth, Jakarta. Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Elektronika Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2024. Dosen Pembimbing: Prof. Dr. Efri Sandi, M.T dan Dr. Aodah Diamah, S.T, M.T Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang, menganalisis, dan membandingkan hassil antena vivaldi antipodal pada frekuensi 5,8 GHz dengan teknik circular loads dan defected ground structure untuk wearable antenna. Tujuan dari penerapan metode teknik circular loads dan defected ground structure adalah untuk meningkatkan bandwidth dan gain antena mikrostrip. Dengan metode penelitian Research and Development parameter uji terdiri dari frekuensi kerja 5,8 GHz, bandwidth ≥ 150 MHz, VSWR ≤ 2, return loss ≤ -10. Hasil penelitian diperoleh yaitu menggunakan substrat FR-4 dengan konstanta dielektrik 4,3 hasil simulasi menggunakan CST Microwave Studio 2019 frekuensi 5,8 GHz, return loss -37,36 dB, bandwidth 1490 MHz, VSWR 1,02 dan gain 5,51 dBi. Sedangkan hasil pengukuran yang dilakukan didapat frekuensi 5,8 GHz, return loss -36,34 dB, bandwidth 2246 MHz, dan VSWR 1,046. Hasil akhir penelitian baik simulasi maupun pengukuran sudah mencapai spesifikasi parameter yang ditentukan. Kata Kunci: vivaldi antipodal, circular loads, dgs, pita frekuensi ISM, wearable antenna This research aims to design, analyze and compare the results of an antipodal Vivaldi antenna at a frequency of 5.8 GHz using circular loads and defected ground structure techniques for wearable antennas. The aim of applying the circular loads and defected ground structure technique is to increase the bandwidth and gain of the microstrip antenna. Using the Research and Development research method, the test parameters consist of a working frequency of 5.8 GHz, bandwidth ≥ 150 MHz, VSWR ≤ 2, return loss ≤ -10. The research results obtained were using an FR-4 substrate with a dielectric constant of 4.3, simulation results using CST Microwave Studio 2019, frequency 5.8 GHz, return loss -37.36 dB, bandwidth 1490 MHz, VSWR 1.02 and gain 5.51 dBi . Meanwhile, the results of the measurements carried out obtained a frequency of 5.8 GHz, return loss -36.34 dB, bandwidth 2246 MHz, and VSWR 1.046. The final results of the research, both simulations and measurements, have reached the specified parameter specifications.
