Abstract

Model pembelajaran TEFA (Teaching Factory) merupakan model pembelajaran berbasis produk/jasa yang bekerja sama dengan industri. Model pembelajaran TEFA diterapkan pada kompetensi keahlian Teknik Otomasi Industri di SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong. Akan tetapi model pembelajaran TEFA tidak berjalan karena ketidakmampuan peserta didik dalam memenuhi permintaan industri mengenai pengembangan sistem Outseal PLC dengan SCADA HMI Haiwell. Untuk itu dikembangkanlah modul pembelajaran Outseal PLC dengan SCADA HMI Haiwell pada kompetensi keahlian Teknik Otomasi Industri di SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong yang bertujuan untuk membantu peserta didik dalam mempelajari, mengembangkan, dan mengaplikasikan Outseal PLC dengan SCADA HMI Haiwell. Nantinya modul pembelajaran ini akan digunakan sebagai pendukung dalam proses mata pelajaran Sistem Kontrol Terprogram untuk kelas XIII Teknik Otomasi Industri di SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dan model pengembangan 4D dengan empat tahapan yaitu Define, Design, Development, Disseminate akan tetapi penelitian ini hanya sampai pada tahapan ketiga yaitu Development atau pengembangan dan tidak sampai efektifitas. Penelitian ini menghasilkan modul pembelajaran cetak dengan judul Outseal PLC dengan SCADA HMI Haiwell. Modul pembelajaran ini melewati tahap validasi dari ahli materi, ahli media, ahli bahasa, dan melalui tahap uji coba pengguna yaitu peserta didik kelas XIII mata pelajaran Sistem Kontrol Terprogram dan guru mata pelajaran Sistem Kontrol Terprogram. Penilaian dari para ahli dan saran dari pengguna digunakan sebagai acuan dalam penyempurnaan modul pembelajaran Outseal PLC dengan SCADA HMI Haiwell. Kata Kunci: Modul Pembelajaran, PLC Outseal, SCADA HMI Haiwell, dan 4D ***** The TEFA (Teaching Factory) learning model is a product/service-based learning model that collaborates with the industry. The TEFA learning model is implemented in the Industrial Automation Engineering competency at SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong. However, the TEFA learning model is not successful due to the students' inability to meet the industry's demand for the development of the Outseal PLC system with SCADA HMI Haiwell. Therefore, a learning module for Outseal PLC with SCADA HMI Haiwell is developed for the Industrial Automation Engineering competency at SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong. The goal is to assist students in learning, developing, and applying Outseal PLC with SCADA HMI Haiwell. This learning module will be used as a support in the Process Control System subject for grade XIII Industrial Automation Engineering at SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong. This research applies the Research and Development (R&D) research method and the 4D development model with four stages: Define, Design, Development, Disseminate. However, this research only reaches the third stage, which is Development, and does not reach effectiveness. The result of this research is a printed learning module titled Outseal PLC with SCADA HMI Haiwell. This learning module undergoes validation stages by subject matter experts, media experts, language experts, and user testing stages with grade XIII students of the Process Control System subject and teachers of the Process Control System subject. The assessment from experts and feedback from users are used as references for improving the Outseal PLC with SCADA HMI Haiwell learning module.
