Abstract

Pengukuran tinggi dan berat badan bayi usia 0 – 2 tahun sangat penting bagi kesehatan bayi. Pengukuran secara berkala untuk mencegah gejala stunting dan obesitas sehingga bayi dapat tumbuh sehat sesuai usainya. Pengukuran bayi dilakukan di Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu) dengan interval maksimum setidaknya satu bulan sekali. Data yang didapatkan dari hasil pengukuran sangat rentan mengalami kelalaian akibat dilakukan secara manual. Meskipun sudah ada penelitian sebelumnya mengenai digitalisasi pengukur tinggi dan berat bayi, tetapi alat tersebut memiliki ukuran yang berat. Sesuai dengan instuksi Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia No 21 Tahun 2020 tentang Rencana Strategis Kementerian Kesehatan Tahun 2020 - 2024 telah mensyaratkan adanya upaya perubahan tata kelola pembangunan kesehatan yang meliputi integrasi sistem informasi, penelitian, dan pengembangan kesehatan. Intruksi tersebut sudah termasuk instansi Posyandu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membentuk alat pengukur tinggi dan berat bayi dengan data yang dapat terdigitalisasi. Bayi diukur berat dan tingginya ditampilkan pada aplikasi dan LCD, lalu tersimpan database yang terletak di Aplikasi. Dengan adanya alat dari penelitian in, bayi dapat diukur berat dan tingginya dapat tersimpan pada database. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan 4 tahapan oleh Borg & Gall yaitu pencarian dan pengumpulan data, perencanaan, pengembangan produk awal dan uji coba lapangan awal. Menggunakan mikrokontroller ESP32 dengan mengukur berat menggunakan Load Cell dan mengukur tinggi menggunakan sensor LIDAR. Setelah di uji mampu mengukur dengan eror rata - rata pengukuran tinggi sebesar 2,9%. ***** Measuring the height and weight of babies aged 0-1000 days is very important for the health of babies. Periodic measurements to prevent symptoms of stunting and obesity so that babies can grow healthy according to their age. Infant measurements are carried out at Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu) with a maximum interval of at least once a month. The data obtained from the measurement results is very susceptible to negligence as a result of being done manually. Even though there has been previous research regarding digitizing baby height and weight measurements, the tool has a heavy size. In accordance with the instructions of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 21 of 2020 concerning the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Health for 2020 - 2024, it requires efforts to change the governance of health development which includes the integration of information systems, research, and development of health. These instructions include Posyandu institutions. This study aims to design and construct a device for measuring baby height and weight with data that can be digitized. The baby's measured weight and height are displayed on the application and the LCD, and then the database is stored in the application. The research method used is research and development in 4 stages by Borg & Gall, with research and information collection, planning, develop preliminary from of product and preliminary field testing. Using an ESP32 microcontroller with weight measurement using a Load Cell and height measurement using a LIDAR sensor. After testing, it was able to measure with an average measurement error of 2.9% for height.
