Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Anggaran Pendidikan, Anggaran Kesehatan, dan Kemiskinan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Indonesia. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel menggunakan pendekatan model fixed effect dengan program Eviews 9. Hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa secara parsial Anggaran Pendidikan berpengaruh positif terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Indonesia; secara parsial Anggaran Kesehatan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Indonesia; secara parsial Kemiskinan berpengaruh negatif terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Indonesia; dan secara simultan Anggaran Pendidikan, Anggaran Kesehatan, dan Kemiskinan berpengaruh terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Indonesia. Kontribusi yang diberikan oleh Anggaran Pendidikan, Anggaran Kesehatan, dan Kemiskinan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Indonesia adalah sebesar 84,7697% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh This study aims to determine the effect of the Education Budget, Health Budget, and Poverty on the Human Development Index in Indonesia. The analysis tool used is panel data regression analysis using the fixed effect model approach with the Eviews 9 program. The results of the analysis show that partially the Education Budget has a positive effect on the Human Development Index in Indonesia; partially the Health Budget has a positive but not significant effect on the Human Development Index in Indonesia; partially Poverty has a negative effect on the Human Development Index in Indonesia; and simultaneously the Education Budget, Health Budget, and Poverty affect the Human Development Index in Indonesia. The contribution made by the Education Budget, Health Budget, and Poverty to the Human Development Index in Indonesia is 84.7697% while the rest is influenced by other variables that are not in the regression model. lain yang tidak ada di dalam model regresi. *****
