Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian pelaksanaan pengadaan jasa konstruksi di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Pusat Keunggulan (SMK PK) dengan Permendikbud No.18 Tahun 2022. Hasil akhir penelitian ini yaitu berupa persentase dan deskripsi atau gambaran mengenai pelaksanan pengadaan jasa konstruksi di empat sekolah. Penelitian dilakukan sejak bulan September 2023 hingga Januari 2024. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan jenis data yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan mengacu pada Permendikbud No.18 Tahun 2022. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan melakukan wawancara dengan informan (pihak sekolah), observasi dan dokumentasi. Penyebaran angket sebagai instrumen menggunakan bobot. Hasil penelitian kesesuaian pelaksanaan pengadaan jasa kontruksi pada SMK PK di DKI Jakarta diantaranya bahwa keempat sekolah yaitu SMKN 6 Jakarta, SMKN 31 Jakarta, SMKN 36 Jakarta, dan SMKN 58 Jakarta dalam kegiatan pelaksanaan pengadaan jasa kontruksi di sekolah sudah sesuai dengan Permendikbud No.18 Tahun 2022, dengan perolehan masing-masing untuk SMKN 6 Jakarta sebesar 85,65%, SMKN 31 Jakarta sebesar 88,92 %, SMKN 36 Jakarta sebesar 84,09% dan SMKN 58 Jakarta sebesar 100%. Dari hasil yang sesuai, tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan di lapangan terdapat kendala seperti pekerjaan selesai yang tidak sesuai dari rencana schedule, hasil pekerjaan yang berbeda dengan perencanaan, dan lain sebagainya. Namun, pada umumnya, pelaksanaan pengadaan jasa konstruksi pada SMK PK di DKI Jakarta sudah sesuai dengan Permendikbud No.18 Tahun 2022. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan di keempat sekolah tersebut mendapatkan nilai kesesuaian di atas 80%. Kata Kunci : Pengadaan, Jasa Konstruksi, SMK PK The research is aimed at finding out the compatibility of the implementation of the procurement of construction services at the High School of Excellence Centre (SMK PK) with Permendikbud No.18 Year 2022. The final result of this study is a percentage and a description or picture of the implementation of the procurement of construction services in the four schools. The research was conducted from September 2023 to January 2024. This research is a descriptive study with the type of data used qualitatively. The method used in this research is the survey method. The research instrument used refers to Permendikbud No.18 Year 2022. Technique of data collection on this study by conducting interviews with informants, observations and documentation. The spread of the lift as an instrument using the weight. The results of the research on the suitability of the implementation of the procurement of construction services at SMK PK in DKI Jakarta include that the four schools are SMKN 6 Jakarta, 31 Jakarta, 36 Jakarta, and 58 Jakarta in the construction services implementation activities in the school has been in accordance with the Permendikbud No.18 Year 2022, with the acquisition of respectively for 6 Jakarta 85.65%, 31 Jakarta 88.92%, 36 Jakarta 84.09% and 58, Jakarta 100%. From the corresponding results, it cannot be denied that in the execution of work in the field there are obstacles such as completed work that passes away from the schedule schedule, different work results with planning. However, in general, the implementation of the procurement of construction services on SMK PK in Dki Jakarta has been in accordance with Permendikbud No.18 Year 2022.
