Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan video microlearning berbasis TPACK untuk meningkatkan kompetensi abad 21. Metode pengembangan produk yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah research and development dengan model 4D oleh Thiagarajan. Adapun tahapan yang dilakukan, yaitu define, design, develop dan disseminate. Subjek pengembangan ini adalah peserta didik kelas X Pemasaran SMKN 12 Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan uji kelayakan ahli media dan materi, uji respon guru dan peserta didik serta soal pre-test dan post-test Hasilnya menunjukkan kelayakan media mencapai 95% dan materi mencapai 92%. Berdasarkan penilaian ini, video microlearning dianggap layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Selanjutnya, dilakukan uji coba dengan guru dan peserta didik, mendapatkan respon positif masing-masing sebesar 94% dan 95%. Hasil efektivitas menggunakan paired samples t test menunjukkan korelasi positif dan signifikansi (2-tailed) 0 < 0,05 menunjukkan perbedaan Pre-Test dan Post-Test. Kemudian, hasil independent samples t test menunjukkan thitung sebesar 3,845 > ttabel 1,663. Hal ini menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar kelas eksperimen (rata-rata nilai 84,72) yang menggunakan video microlearning dan kelas kontrol (rata-rata nilai 76,25) dengan selisih 8,47. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan video microlearning secara signifikan meningkatkan kompetensi abad 21 peserta didik lebih tinggi dibandingkan penggunaan media pembelajaran konvensional seperti metode ceramah satu arah dari guru, presentasi, meringkas materi dan sebagainya . *** This research aims to develop TPACK-based microlearning videos to enhance 21st-century competencies. The research and development methodology employed in this study follows Thiagarajan's 4D model, encompassing the stages of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The subjects involved in this development were 10th-grade Marketing students from SMKN 12 Jakarta. Data collection techniques included expert assessments of media and content, feedback from teachers and students, as well as pre-test and post-test evaluations. Results indicated a 95% media feasibility and 92% content suitability. Based on these assessments, the microlearning videos were deemed suitable for instructional purposes. Subsequently, trials with teachers and students yielded positive responses of 94% and 95%, respectively. Effectiveness, assessed using paired samples t-tests, displayed a significant positive correlation (2-tailed) of 0 < 0.05, signifying a difference between Pre-Test and Post-Test results. Moreover, independent samples t-tests revealed a calculated t-value of 3.845 > the critical t-value of 1.663. This demonstrates a significant difference in the learning outcomes between the experimental class (average score of 84.72) utilizing microlearning videos and the control class (average score of 76.25), with a difference of 8.47. In conclusion, the use of microlearning videos significantly enhances 21st-century competencies among students compared to conventional instructional media Like the one-way lecture method by a teacher, presentations, summarizing materials, and so on
