Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis penggunaan hardware, software, dan brainware dalam implementasi Building Information Modelling (BIM) pada perusahaan jasa pelaksana konstruksi. Dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Hardware dalam implementasi Building Information Modelling (BIM) pada perusahaan jasa pelaksana konstruksi merupakan Personal Computer (PC) dan Laptop dengan Processor, VGA, Memory, dan Storage yang mendukung operasional software BIM. Selain PC dan Laptop, terdapat perangkat lain yang digunakan perusahaan dengan tujuan kolaborasi, yaitu: 3D Laser Scanner, Drone, dan Virtual Reality (VR). Software merupakan software berbasis BIM dengan versi yang mendukung fungsi dan tujuan penggunaannya. Sedangkan brainware merupakan seorang profesional dengan jabatan kerja sebagai BIM Modeller, BIM Coordinator, dan BIM Manager yang memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman kerja menggunakan Building Information Modelling (BIM). ***** ABSTRACT The purpose of the study is to analyze the use of hardware, software, and brainware in the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in construction implementation service companies. Conducted using a combination research method that begins with quantitative methods using surveys with questionnaires, then continued with qualitative methods with observation and interviews to expand and deepen quantitative data. The results showed that Hardware in the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in construction implementation service companies is a Personal Computer (PC) and Laptop with Processor, VGA, Memory, and Storage that supports software operations BIM. In addition to PC and Laptop, there are other devices that companies use for collaboration purposes, namely: 3D Laser Scanners, Drones, and Virtual Reality (VR). Software is BIM based software with versions that support its functions and intended use. While brainware is a professional with a job position as BIM Modeller, BIM Coordinator, and BIM Manager who has knowledge, skills, and work experience using Building Information Modeling (BIM).
