Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang manajemen adiwiyata di SMA Negeri 42 Jakarta. Sub fokus penelitian ini adalah perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi adiwiyata. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara secara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi: wakil kepala sekolah bidang sarana, prasarana, dan humas, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, ketua program adiwiyata, dan dua orang peserta didik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan Adiwiyata dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan program adiwiyata ke visi, misi, dan tujuan sekolah, merancang kegiatan pelaksanaan adiwiyata, pengalokasian anggaran ke RKAS, menentukan jadwal pelaksanaan program dan pembagian kelompok, dan melakukan sosialisasi kepada warga sekolah terkait perencanaan yang telah dibuat; (2) Pengorganisasian Adiwiyata dilakukan dengan membentuk tim manajemen yang dikomando oleh kepala sekolah, pendelegasian tanggung jawab adiwiyata kepada wakil sarana, prasarana, dan humas (sarprashum), membentuk struktur kepanitiaan adiwiyata, membuat surat tugas kepanitiaan, dan membuat grup untuk berbagi info; (3) Pelaksanaan Adiwiyata diawali dengan mengadakan sosialisasi, melaksanakan kegiatan program adiwiyata, monitoring kebersihan kelas, serta memberikan apresiasi bagi warga sekolah yang menaati kebijakan lingkungan dan sanksi bagi warga sekolah yang melanggar kebijakan berwawasan lingkungan; (4) Evaluasi Adiwiyata dilakukan berjenjang dimulai dengan laporan pertanggungjawaban adiwiyata dari pokja kepada ketua adiwiyata kemudian dicek kembali dan diserahkan kepada wakil sarprashum kemudian dilaporkan kepada kepala sekolah dan mengadakan rapat besar untuk membahas laporan pertanggungjawaban adiwiyata secara keseluruhan. ***** This study aims to get an overview of adiwiyata management at SMA Negeri 42 Jakarta. The sub focus of this research is planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating of adiwiyata. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out through observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Informants in this research included: deputy principal for facilities, infrastructure and public relations, deputy principal for curriculum, head of the adiwiyata program, and two students. The results of this research show that: (1) Adiwiyata planning is carried out by integrating the adiwiyata program into the school's vision, mission and goals, designing adiwiyata implementation activities, allocating the budget to the RKAS, determining the program implementation schedule and group division, and conducting outreach to the school community. related to plans that have been made; (2) Organizing Adiwiyata is carried out by forming a management team commanded by the school principal, delegating Adiwiyata responsibilities to representatives of facilities, infrastructure and public relations (sarprashum), forming an Adiwiyata committee structure, making committee assignment letters, and creating groups to share information; (3) Implementation of Adiwiyata begins with holding outreach, carrying out Adiwiyata program activities, monitoring classroom cleanliness, and providing appreciation for school residents who comply with environmental policies and sanctions for school residents who violate environmentally friendly policies; (4) The Adiwiyata evaluation is carried out in stages starting with the adiwiyata accountability report from the working group to the adiwiyata chairman then checked again and submitted to the deputy sarprashum then reported to the school principal and holding a large meeting to discuss the overall adiwiyata accountability report.
