Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Industri dan Informasi Kerja Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa Kelas XII SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui analisis statistic pada regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu program IBM SPSS versi 24.0. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Propotional Random Sampling atau pengambilan sampel acak proporsional. Populasi yang digunakan 288 siswa degan jumlah sampel sebanyak 168 siswa menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Pengumpulan data menggunakan hasil survei melalui pengisian angket atau kuesioner dan menggunakan skala likert. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari uji intstrument (validitas dan reliabilitas); uji statistik deskriptif, uji persyaratan analisis (normalitas dan linearitas), uji asumsi klasik (multikolinearitas dan heteroskedatisitas), analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis (uji F, uji T, dan uji koefisien determinasi). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Industri berpengaruh Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja; Informasi Kerja berpengaruh Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja, dan Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Industri dan Informasi Kerja Berpengaruh Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja. Kata Kunci: pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri, informasi kerja, kesiapan kerja ***** This research aims to understand the influence of industrial work practices and work information on the work readiness of class XII students at SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta. The method used is using a survey method with a quantitative approach through statistical analysis in multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSS version 24.0 program tool. The sampling technique in this research used Proportional Random Sampling or proportional random sampling. The population used was 288 students with a sample size of 168 students using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%. Data collection uses survey results by filling out questionnaires and using a Likert scale. Furthermore, the data analysis techniques in this research consist of instrument testing (validity and reliability); descriptive statistical tests, analysis requirements tests (normality and linearity), classical assumption tests (multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests (F test, T test, and coefficient of determination test). Based on the results of this research, it shows that the implementation of industrial work practices has an effect on work readiness; Job Information influences Job Readiness, and the Implementation of Industrial Work Practices and Job Information Influences Job Readiness.
