Abstract
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 81 Jakarta yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi dan mendeskripsikan manajemen perpustakaan sekolah terutama mengenai perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan perpustakaan berbasis komputer di perpustakaan SMA Negeri 81 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Tahap analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Pemeriksaan dan pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui tahapan kredibilitas data, transferabilitas, dependabilitas dan konfirmabilitas. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi dengan mengambil tiga orang informan yaitu Kepala Sekolah, Kepala Perpustakaan serta Petugas Perpustakaan, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa; (1) perencanaan perpustakaan sekolah dilakukan dengan tahapan pemilihan bahan pustaka, menyesuaikan dengan kurikulum sekolah dan anggaran, menganalisis kebutuhan bahan pustaka, serta pembelian atau hibah. (2) pelaksanaan perpustakaan sekolah dilakukan dengan tahapan pengisian data pengunjung, pencarian buku pustaka, peminjamaan buku pustaka, dan pengembalian buku pustaka. (3) pengawasan perpustakaan sekolah dilakukan dengan pengawasan internal dari Kepala Sekolah dan Kepala Perpustakaan menggunakan instrumen supervisi. This research was conducted in 81 State Jakarta Senior High School, which aims to find out information and describe school library management especially regarding planning, implementation and supervision of school based library in the 81 State Senior High School library in Jakarta. Research conducted using qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data analysis phase is done through data reduction, data display, and data verification. Data checking and checking is done through stages of data credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation studies by taking three informants namely Headmaster, Head of Library and Officer of Library, the results of the study showed that; (1) school library planning is carried out with the stages of selecting library materials, adjusting to the school curriculum and budget, analyzing library material requirements, as well as purchasing or grants. (2) the implementation of the school library is carried out by the stages of filling in visitor data, searching digital books, lending library books, and returning library books. (3) school library supervision is carried out with internal supervision from the Principal and Head of the Library using supervision instruments.
