Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis program akreditasi Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) Kaifa ditinjau dari Badan Akreditasi Nasional Sekolah/Madrasah (BAN S/M) dan lisensi Jaringan Sekolah Islam Terpadu (JSIT). Jenis penelitian ini yaitu evaluatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan model evaluasi Countenance Stake. Penelitian dilakukan di SDIT Kaifa Kabupaten Bogor. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, studi dokumen, dan kuesioner. Proses analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Hubberman. Hasil penelitian pada komponen Antecedent menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program akreditasi di SDIT Kaifa ditinjau dari BAN S/M sudah sesuai standar pada setiap aspek, yang berarti pelaksanaan program sudah sesuai ketentuan. Ditinjau dari lisensi JSIT terdapat dua aspek yang belum sesuai, yaitu tujuan dan sosialisasi program. Pada komponen Transaction, program akreditasi ditinjau dari akreditasi BAN S/M dan lisensi JSIT terukur melalui komponen-komponen indikator yang berbeda. Komponen yang lebih banyak, terperinci, dan spesifik terdapat pada program lisensi JSIT yang merujuk pada kekhasan SIT. Pada komponen Outcomes pelaksanaan program akreditasi BAN S/M dan lisensi JSIT menunjukkan dampak positif bagi peningkatan kualitas sekolah berdasarkan survey kepuasan orang tua siswa yang merasa puas dengan layanan pendidikan di sekolah. Aspek yang belum sesuai standar pada akreditasi BAN S/M dan lisensi JSIT yaitu tindak lanjut yang belum dilakukan oleh sekolah setelah program akreditasi dan lisensi dilaksanakan. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini untuk sekolah antara lain menyusun strategi pencapaian Standar Kompetensi Lulusan (SKL) secara sistematis. Rekomendasi kepada BAN S/M yaitu agar konsisten melanjutkan penjaminan mutu terhadap sekolah dan untuk Badan Lisensi Sekolah Islam Terpadu (BLSIT) agar melakukan tinjauan dan evaluasi terhadap instrumen yang digunakan dalam penilaian. ***** This study aims to analyze the accreditation program of Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) Kaifa by the National Accreditation Board School/Madrasah and the Integrated Islamic School Network License. Employing an evaluative approach with a qualitative method, the Countenance Stake evaluation model was utilized. The research was conducted at SDIT Kaifa in Bogor Regency, employing diverse data collection methods, including observation, interviews, document studies, and questionnaires. The Miles and Hubberman model guided the data analysis. The findings regarding the antecedent component reveal that the implementation of the accreditation program at SDIT Kaifa, concerning the National Accreditation Board School/Madrasah, aligns with standards, indicating adherence to program requirements. However, concerning the Integrated Islamic School Network License, two aspects fall short of the standard—goals and program socialization. In the Transaction component, accreditation programs from the National Accreditation Board School/Madrasah and the Integrated Islamic School Network License are assessed using different indicator components. The Integrated Islamic School Network licensing program is particularly detailed, incorporating specific components related to the characteristics of Integrated Islamic Schools. Within the Outcomes component, the implementation of both the National Accreditation Board School/Madrasah accreditation program and the Integrated Islamic School Network licensing positively impacts school quality. Parental satisfaction, as evidenced by a survey, indicates contentment with educational services. However, an area not meeting the standard in both the National Accreditation Board School/Madrasah accreditation and the Integrated Islamic School Network licensing is the lack of after-program follow-up. A recommendation from this research for schools is to systematically develop strategies to achieve graduate competence standards. Furthermore, a recommendation for the National Accreditation Board School/Madrasah is to maintain consistency in quality assurance, while the Badan Lisensi Sekolah Islam Terpadu is encouraged to conduct observation and evaluation on the instrumens used in scoring.
