Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tekanan teman sebaya dan moral foundation terhadap perilaku agresif verbal santri. Penelitian ini merupakan tipe kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 422 responden santri yang diperoleh melalui teknik convenience sampling. Kuesioner menjadi alat yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data primer penelitian. Metode analisis utama yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan dan simultan antara peer pressure dan moral foundation terhadap perilaku agresif verbal santri. Analisis yang diperoleh adalah p-value = 0.027 yang artinya p < 0.05, maka hipotesis kerja dapat diterima. Kontribusi yang diberikan sebesar 4,1% dan hanya negative peer pressure yang mampu menjadi prediktor perilaku agresif verbal secara positif. Semakin tinggi tekanan negatif yang diterima dari teman sebaya, maka semakin tinggi pula kecenderungan perilaku agresif verbal. Kata Kunci: Perilaku agresif verbal, Peer pressure, Moral Foundation, Santri, Remaja ***** ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of peer pressure and moral foundation on students' verbal aggressive behavior. This research is a quantitative type. The sample used amounted to 422 respondents obtained through convenience sampling technique. The questionnaire was the tool used to collect primary research data. The main analysis method used is multiple linear regression test. The results prove that there is a significant and simultaneous positive influence between peer pressure and moral foundation on students' verbal aggressive behavior. The analysis obtained is p-value = 0.027 which means p < 0.05, so the working hypothesis can be accepted. The contribution given is 4.1% and only negative peer pressure is able to positively predict verbal aggressive behavior. The higher the negative pressure received from peers, the higher the tendency of verbal aggressive behavior. Keywords: Verbal aggressive behavior, Peer pressure, Moral Foundation, Santri, Adolescent
