Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah ada hubungan kekuatan otot lengan, kecepatan reaksi dan koordinasi mata tangan terhadap kemampuan forehand drive pada atlet pickleball DKI Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif, dengan teknik tes dan non tes, sedangkan teknik analisis menggunakan pendekatan analisis jalur (path analysis) yaitu suatu teknik untuk menganalisis hubungan sebab akibat yang terjadi pada regresi berganda jika variabel bebasnya mempengaruhi variabel tergantung tidak hanya secara langsung tetapi juga secara tidak langsung. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan melalui dua tahap analisis, yaitu analisis data secara deskriptif dan inferensial. sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa terdapat, pengaruh kekuatan otot lengan terhadap kemampuan forehand drive dengan persentase pengaruh langsung sebesar 72,3%. Pengaruh kecepatan terhadap kemampuan forehand drive dengan persentase pengaruh langsung sebesar 53%. Pengaruh koordinasi mata tangan terhadap kemampuan forehand drive dengan persentase pengaruh langsung sebesar 50,5%. Kata Kunci : Kekuatan Otot Lengan, Kecepatan Reaksi, Koordinasi mata tangan, Forehand ************ ABSTRACT This research aims to determine whether there is a relationship between arm muscle strength, reaction speed and hand eye coordination on forehand drive ability in DKI Jakarta pickleball athletes. The research method used is an associative quantitative approach, with test and non-test techniques, while the analysis technique uses a path analysis approach, which is a technique for analyzing cause and effect relationships that occur in multiple regression if the independent variable influences the dependent variable not only directly. But also indirectly. The data analysis technique is carried out through two stages of analysis, namely descriptive and inferential data analysis. The sample for this research was 35 people. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that there was an influence of arm muscle strength on forehand drive ability with a direct influence percentage of 72.3%. The influence of speed on forehand drive ability with a direct influence percentage of 53%.
