Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi manajemen pembinaan peserta didik di SMP Negeri 6 Kota Bogor, meliputi proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui proses observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam melaksanakan kegiatan implementasi manajemen peserta didik, (1) perencanaan pembinaan peserta didik didasari dari analisis hasil evaluasi kegiatan pembinaan peserta didik pada tahun ajaran sebelumnya. Dari hasil analisis tersebut sekolah dapat mengetahui kebutuhan apa saja yang diperlukan untuk pembinaan peserta didik terutama dalam mengembangkan minat dan bakatnya, (2) sekolah mengadakan pembinaan peserta didik dengan menggunakan berbagai bentuk program dan kegiatan pembinaan peserta didik, (3) evaluasi dilakukan oleh seluruh tenaga pendidik. ***** This research aims to determine the implementation of student development management at State Junior High School 6 Bogor, including the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection through the process of observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of this research show that in carrying out student management implementation activities, (1) planning for student development is based on analysis of the evaluation results of student development activities in the previous academic year. From the results of this analysis, the school can find out what needs are needed for student development, especially in developing their interests and talents, (2) the school provides student development using various forms of student development programs and activities, (3) evaluation is carried out by all staff educators.
