Abstract

ABSTRAK Proses pembelajaran merupakan inti dari kegiatan belajar mengajar dimana seluruh komponen sistem pendidikan bersinergi di dalamnya, tak terkecuali pada lingkup perguruan tinggi. Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kualitas proses pembelajaran yang ada, dibutuhkan data yang konkret sebagai acuan untuk dapat memperbaiki kualitas jasa layanan. Universitas Negeri Jakarta sebagai penyedia jasa layanan pendidikan dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan jasa terbaik. Dalam penelitian ini, data diperoleh dengan cara mengukur tingkat kepuasan pemakai jasa layanan pendidikan, yakni mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan UNJ angkatan 2015-2019 terhadap proses pembelajaran yang telah berlangsung. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai bulan Juli-Agustus 2019 dan merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket kuisioner yang disebar melalui google form. Kepuasan mahasiswa dinilai berdasarkan lima dimensi SERVQUAL (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata responden menyatakan [1] proses pembelajaran yang ada sudah berlangsung dengan “sangat baik” pada dimensi tangible (57%) dan responsiveness (54%) serta “baik” pada dimensi reliability (51%), assurance (56%), dan empathy (49%). [2] Terdapat beberapa poin yang perlu ditingkatkan, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan dimensi assurance. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara garis besar penyelenggaraan proses pembelajaran sudah berjalan dengan memuaskan. Kata Kunci: Tingkat Kepuasan, Proses Pembelajaran, SERVQUAL ABSTRACT The learning process is the main of learning and teaching activities that all components of the education system synergized in it, including the college. To find out the quality of the learning process, it need a concrete data as a reference to improve service quality. Jakarta State University as providers of educational services are required to provide the best services. In this study, the data was obtained by measuring the level of user’s satisfaction in educational services, specifically students of the 2015-2019 Building Engineering Education for the learning process that they had taken. The study was conducted from July - August 2019 with a quantitative descriptive study that data collection techniques using a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. Student satisfaction is assessed based on five SERVQUAL dimensions (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy). The results showed the average respondent stated [1] the existing learning process had been going on "very well" in the tangible dimensions (57%) and responsiveness (54%) and "good" in the dimensions of reliability (51%), assurance (56 %), and empathy (49%). [2] There are severeal points that need to be improved, especially the assurance dimension. This research shows that implementation of the learning process has been going satisfactorily.
